This trailer looks so fake, it looks like a Youtube sketch making fun of bad horror movies, or part of a scam to convince investors to put money into a movie that doesn't really exist.
There are animators who can work out how to animate the H-B characters in a way that actually works, but the animation industry clique doesn't want them, so their talents are wasted on predatory loan commercials.
There was (is?) a completely separate Yogi reprisal in development, drawn in the classic style, but the premises were things like "Boo Boo goes to high school and vapes". Not really sure who any of these are aimed at.

Why does the movement feel more stiff than an actual HB cartoon?
The dramatic irony here is the original designs were built around limited animation techniques, and now they’re even more simplified to ease further on the animation (and to make things easier for 'artists' who can't actually draw).
