Almost certainly performance reasons. Having a low FOV saves resources by rendering less at any given time. Considering the state of the game, a 90° FOV would probably tank the frame rate.
Mass Effect's paragon/renegade alignment system. I don't have a problem with it conceptually, I think it's far better than KOTOR's light/dark system and the mass effect trilogy wouldn't be nearly as good without it (especially the interrupts which I wish games would copy). My problem lies with...
I am now 100% convinced that someone is deliberately trying to kill the service. Their new rules essentially ban everything the AI is capable of generating beyond snipets of code and gibberish. I bet they are hemorrhaging money way faster than previously thought or openAI is trying to force AI...
Turns out Latitude's security practices might be worse than we thought. Going off of a 4Chan leak from a mod whistleblower, they have unlimited access to EVERYTHING put into the system, regardless of if it was flagged or not. This directly contradicts what they've said and probably breaches...
So it turn out that Count Grey, a commonly recurring character, wasn't from some random fanfiction like most assumed. It was taken from a child murder fetish story, and they trained it with literally thousands of pages of child sexual abuse and other repulsive content as has been mentioned here...
It would be really anticlimactic if clotso gets taken out by a GI bleed, most of us are probably expecting something visible , like her enlarged heart popping on stream or getting ejected from her car when she inevitably wraps it around a lamppost.
That's the main problem with collecting as an investment or with the goal of reselling years later. It doesn't matter if you have a sports card or stamp collection worth several hundred thousand on paper if everyone still involved in the hobby is either in a nursing home and unable to afford it...
TES3: Morrowind is unplayable by modern standards. Ignoring it's badly aged graphics, it's dice roll-based combat system, where you can see an attack visibly connect but do 0 damage because you didn't roll high enough, and it's large amount of unvoiced dialogue and surreal ,confusing lore make...
I don't blame the jury, the social pressure to convict is immense. I don't doubt that they would become instant social pariahs if they aquited on anything.
It would be like testifying against the mob in the 70's or snitching on a cartel.
Can't say I'm surprised. There was no chance in hell for a truly impartial jury and they weren't sequestered.
Things could get interesting with the appeals though.
