Mind you, he's been run out of Oakland once already, at the very beginning of 2015. He's been run out of Portland twice and the last time he pissed off a lot of the Portland transgender community. Phil literally has no friends left and no one who is willing to support him.

I'm almost let down he didn't blame us for it but yes, Phil seems to leak gasoline and matches behind him, there's no bridge he's not burnt. I think he's going to have to soon break down and do the right thing, by that I mean new identity. It'll be a lot of fun seeing what hooves cooks up.

Phil considering Google is the 3rd highest valued company in the world with more RnD and production divisions and allied with other companies world wide that also produce physical real world goods that has a current valuation of $367.6 Billion you can't really say that they don't support the capitalist system which is you know enabling you to live your current lifestyle is a little bit dumb even for you.

Also two observations,
1) He's migrating because of the spill over from what's happened at the infoshop he's also a little hurt that nobody has rushed to his aid.
2) He's lusting after a new map to copy, that's why he's talking about Sacramento and learning the city.

Also, Phil forgets that Portland is also becoming a hub for tech companies (Intel, Apple, Oracle, Nvidia, etc). Whats happening in San Fran is also happening up here to a large degree, where rent prices are going up because more and more tech workers keep coming in. Phil's just trading one "hell" for another by coming back here.

I did a bit of research for ADF on this one:

SACRAMENTO, CA

The city’s law on illegal camping brought homeless man Michael “Gremlin” Tinius, 44, before a jury where he tried to challenge one of his illegal camping charges as well as laws that ban homeless people from camping in alleys, doorways, and along the river. Sacramento County Park Ranger Tim McElheney said rangers have warned Tinius 29 times and arrested him 14 times since 1999 for illegal camping, drinking in public or having his dog off a leash. Rangers also destroyed his paperwork rendering him unable to apply for benefits that provide him with housing and opportunities for work and services.

Tinius is certainly not the only person experiencing homelessness to have to deal with the burden of unlawful camping tickets. In the fiscal year 2004-2005, 858 unlawful camping cases went in front of the city attorney. Police officer, Mark Zoulas, reports that one man went to jail ten times for a single unlawful camping offense. These cases represent hours of work by police officers, city attorneys, judges, public defenders, and jail employees. Assistant Public Defender, Tommy Clinkenbeard, argues that those resources would be more effective if they were reallocated to shelters and services that help homeless people get off the streets. “Anybody with half a brain and even the IQ of a rock has to know that this isn’t doing any good,” said Clinkenbeard.
Advocates argue that ticketing for activities that are inherent to homelessness turns a social problem into a criminal one. Once a ticket is issued, a vicious cycle begins whereby the unpaid ticket turns into a warrant, which then leads to arrest. Arrest then hinders a person’s ability to find employment, an apartment, and access to services. “It’s like you’ve got to pay a fine to the police for being homeless,” said a local homeless man, Prentice Wysingle, III. The penalty for an unlawful camping ticket can be a fine of up to $147, jail time, or community service.

He just needs to either: 1) save up some of his government assistance dollars and rent a cheap apartment or 2) enter a group home. Doing either of these things will make him safe from the evil transmysoginists or whatever in the streets.

Of course, it won't protect him from capitalism, or us... but it would be an improvement.

Phil, since I know you read this thread, "Big Tech" is actually the reason our economy is doing so well. The stock market selloff is being caused by China's artificially inflated economy shrinking back to realistic levels and the fact that oil is back to early 2000's levels. Please shut up. That is all.

EDIT: Why does Phil hate on the tech sector so much? Is that the thing the hipster anarchists are on about since they're driving up housing costs in the Bay area? Since it's against Phil's personal code to pay for anything he can get for free, what does he care what rent is?

the fact that Phil never seems to run into police (a big concern for the homeless, trust me) tells me he crashes on some poor deluded idiots couch most of the time.

he would love to sperg endlessly about it, but is terrified that said naive idiot will be contacted about his past.
You bring up a good point.

Phil would rage on facebook demanding cops deaths after an officer shoo's him from a park bench.

I think for how stupid he is he's got enough spud neurons firing to not tell us where he's staying anymore. It's ok thought, I put a few GPS trackers in all the blocks of queso fresco in the portland whole foods they ship in 2 months.

Sacramento is probably the most conservative large city in California. It's one of the least Phil-friendly areas of the state. He'd be an idiot to even consider moving there. It would make way more sense for him to try a place like Santa Cruz if he wants to be somewhere reasonably close to the Bay Area that has a decent-sized homeless population he can melt into.

Yeah, I'm all for explanations of the economy, even ones which are critical of capitalism or even anti-capitalist.

Just not retarded ones.
