If this was even a remotely true story, then Phil would have completely fucked his ass over simply because of the following:
1. If this person was taking pictures of him, then there's a good chance they know exactly who he is already.
2. It is extremely easy to locate Phil after describing him to the cops - I mean, we know his address and everything.
3. Phil illegally sprayed somebody who was not posing as a threat, stole and then destroyed private property, and then bragged about it online. Given the above two points, he basically made sure there were bright neon lights flashing on signs pointing to him admitting he is guilty of petty robbery.
And since we all know IRL that Phil is a fucking coward, if the cops showed up at his door he would beg for them to forgive him...nevermind the copious amounts of weapons he's stockpiled for a Kiwi invasion that's never happening.
God, it's amazing how much Phil would destroy his life over this because, in the impossible event this did happen, he's such a fucking idiot that he wouldn't even realize he's incriminating himself.

You can't blame a person for taking a picture who thought there was a mutant walking potato front of them.
I would say there's nothing to destroy but it's very difficult to get housing at all if you have an arrest record for violent offenses.
