Alright Kiwis, I have some delicious, delicious information for you.
Everyone knows Phil is a liar, right? Well, I've spent a couple weeks doing some homework and meeting with some people and let me just say I'm still laughing.
An owner of an northeast based company reached out to UCSF Urology to discuss one of their employees who had not supplied them with a doctors note after a trip to California. Urology would not give a statement on a patient under the name Ahuviya/Isabel Rosa Araujo but said that "If that person was a patient then that person should have no problem calling us to have a letter mailed to your business. If they were a patient."
By itself, that's a generic non-answer, but a few days later came the real dirt.
A concerned citizen called UCSF. They claimed they had discovered they had contracted HIV and were worried because their last sexual partner was Ahuviya Rosa Araujo, and they needed to know if that person had been treated recently and if Ahuviya or the hospital were aware of this.
The hospital confirmed the following things:
Phil never saw Dr. Garcia, he never had his surgery, he was escorted off the premise and told he wasn't welcome, and he had his file inadvertently flagged as being HIV positive in the process of this confirmation.

The hospital confirmed the following things:
- Ahuviya Rosa Araujo had a single meeting with a nurse practitioner on or before the 3rd of March. He had never seen Dr. Garcia. He had not visited during the time of his purported surgery and has not been seen since
- Ahuviya was told he was not a candidate for the surgery he was seeking
- Ahuviya became belligerent and aggressive which resulted in being told he needed to find a new doctor before being escorted out of the hospital by security
- The hospital, being told Ahuviya was unreachable, has updated his file with "HIV Positive" until it can be determined that he isn't
Phil never saw Dr. Garcia, he never had his surgery, he was escorted off the premise and told he wasn't welcome, and he had his file inadvertently flagged as being HIV positive in the process of this confirmation.
