So help me out here Kiwi's, there are two obvious things here that stand out to me - one is his blacked out "name" on the first screeshot, even though he left it in place on his testosterone results. The other is the number he helpfully left in linking to UCSF Children's Hospital and associated urology clinics.

But what do you guys see?

The testosterone being taken on the same day he had his surgery and showing up as 50 is weird, it wouldn't all be out of his system that quickly unless he was already taking t blockers, and just by looking at his pictures you can tell he isn't on hormones.

Otherwise it looks accurate, but I'm a. not American, and b. not a doctor (yet), so I may be missing something. Most likely he's just nicked someone else paperwork though.

Edit: Now the meds list is up it looks likely he took another patients file, basically none of those are used for SRS. Also I don't think 'hormonal imbalance in transgender patient' would be diagnosed on the same date as gender dysphoria, as it's a diagnosis for people who've taken hormones incorrectly and we know Phil wasn't taking street shit (or the legit shit either, but at least he managed to get his hand on them briefly)

I see no reason to believe this is a legit screenshot. It's already been doctored to remove a name, so we KNOW for a fact it's been touched.

As has been said MANY times, by MANY Kiwis, what Phil needs do to is post a document from the department of health, specifying that he's legally changed his gender.

I really doubt a hospital would chop a mentally unstable homeless person.
Fuck can you imagine the fallout if this made on a paper and even worse:what if Phil becomes normal and decides to sue the hospital in a couple years?.

Looks like he's posting them from a library computer (instead of that phone with a bike logo case he used to use) -- there's a "Time Remaining" dialog in the lower left corner of the screencaps.

It could just be a custom label you set yourself when viewing an account but why would phil use his offical hated jew name when he could freely mark the file isobel.
And why does the font not match.

Alright I've put in a call to my main source on these. I went over my thoughts with them and let them look over Phil's proof and here is what I've received in return. Put into list format because lists are top tier information purveyors.

Now I'm not what you'd call a doctor of medicine, simply a good ol' country doctor who can treat both horses and farm hands with the same tools and techniques. But if what my source is saying is accurate, it seems like Phil is even more pathetic than previously thought.

These are indeed fake and gay, but one question remains: Where did Phil get the technology? All we know of his hobotech is that he utilizes his smartphone for most communications, and therefore the only place he could have gone to is a library. But libraries don't normally have access to Photoshop...
