You know I emailed Dr Garcia about Phil claiming he had his surgery done by him and trying to pry out some into in the process. I wasnt sure if I should have gone with the accusatory route in the e-mail saying something like "I would hate for your medical reputation to be put in jeopardy because of someone who is a mentally ill liar." I didnt and I ended up not getting any info.
