Dr Fox sounds like a very nice person. A family man, a hard-working man, not afraid to defend what he believes in (even when his views are currently unpopular and might subject him to violent attacks by fringe extremists) - and yet, he's also the sort of man who can set his political and religious convictions aside for the sake of his patients, expertly performing medically-unnecessary cosmetic surgery on people who hate him and want to see him destroyed.
He may not be the wisest doctor, going and playing Samaritan amongst the trans, but he's certainly very ethical, and I can respect that.
