Someone in another thread was talking about how actual rape victims (i.e. not Phil) tend to keep it to themselves because of how painful it is to remember it. Since Phil basically brings it up for attention any time he feels unappreciated, and since he doesn't own a cross that he can climb up on when he feels that way, it is just further proof that Phil is lying his gigantic ass off whenever he says "I WAS RAPED". He also avoids accusing anyone who can counter his bullshit claims. It's always some vague, nameless "White CISHET translatinxmisogynist" at someplace he likes to squat, usually because someone gets tired of Phil running his flabby mouth and call him on his bullshit (the bus, Long Haul, etc.). Phil gets upset that someone would DARE challenge him on his bullshit and accuses them of rape or other sexual assault in a poorly thought out effort to turn the people at that place against the "rapist" and get that person banned. What Phil forgets is that he is literally too ugly and gross to rape, and everyone else knows this.

Obviously not new to the Phil threads but this is the first time I've heard anything about what ACTUALLY happened on that fateful July 4th.

So now I'm wondering...Phil claims he's into the BDSM scene (ginger root and his "gear" kinda back that up). So to him, spanking might be a sexualized act. So instead of taking the spanking as a punishment that an adult can give a child, he took it as a sign that his dad wanted to get sexual with him? Is that possible? Granted, a spanking =/= rape, but lately it seems like Phil is saying "rape" less and is using "sexual assault" more; and in the legal field sexual assault and rape are no mutually exclusive terms.
