I'm not really seeing any granulation tissue along his midline scrotal suture line (not actually a line made by sutures, just the anatomical term). While scrotal tissue generally heals fast, there usually is notable swelling/bump and purpulish tissue where the incision was made.

ETA: I don't see any evidence of a recent surgical procedure. The usual incision site for the claimed procedure is to follow the suture line to minimize scarring so I call bs.
