06/08/17 Spudking Rides A Bike (Indoors, Maybe) - Victory Ride For False DMCA

So, to make a long story short, I mirrored his 'stimming' video on youtube, and not only did Buffalo Bill somehow come across it, but word reached taters himself, which led to the following Instagram post. I'm assuming by now that everyone has likely seen the video in question by this point, and if not, it's hidden behind the spoiler below.

"Kiwi Farms stalkers uploaded my stimming video from Thursday and... I filed a DMCA"


So, lo and behold, I had an email sitting in my inbox this afternoon and saw that my video had been pulled due to a manual DMCA request.

Nothing really all that new or interesting here, but it confirms that Buffalo is either still talking with spuds, or someone is leaking things again for the sake of entertainment. Well, that's all and fine, I've submitted a counter-notification on the video, stating that for the sake of critique and entertainment, since his videos are not monitized, nor are my own, it falls under fair use.

So, the chances are that the video will return, and there's a good deal of salt and bouncing that will happen when YouTube overturns his DMCA.

That said, THIS video was posted about an hour ago on his Instagram, so I present it in a new mirror location for the time being.

So, earlier today, the DMCA I filed against my kiwi farm stalkers for stealing my one video from instagram (lol he dumb af, I have -all- his instagram videos mirrored. I'm thorough) got phrough and the video got pulled. *heavy breathing and smug taters smirk* So victory bikeride on my indoor trainer, and fuck Kiwi Farms

Now, while he -claims- to be on a victory bike ride, there's really no evidence to back that fact up, so I'd like to think that he's just standing there with the bike, swaying back and forth like the autist that he is, pretending to ride the bike while making that video.

Welp, it looks like he's found his boogeyman for now, with my youtube account of mirrored ADF videos.

Unfortunately for him, they've all been pulled because he's an exceptional tard and boasts about it all on Instagram before actually filing anything on the videos. Vid.Me mirrors will be up shortly for old content.

All that I know, is that somewhere along the way, Buffalo Bill managed to find the video.
It's not hard to imagine that someone posted it in chat or shared it elsewhere and they saw it from that point.
And from there, all troons talk to one another, so word filtered back to spuds and he decided to DMCA it.

I still stand by what I said in the thread that opening these boards will -not- produce the content that people want.
Fuck, all I do is mirror content and this cropped up, things still happen, just at a slower pace I guess.
It's not like I expected this.

So for instance, he is betraying his professed anti-capitalist principles by putting in a DMCA, and "radical praxis" is what he uses to fill the gap between his principles and his actions. "It is okay for me to do this because radical praxis."

Phil is not very clever, but at the same time he thinks he is cleverer than anyone else and so expects people to just nod mindlessly.

After all, otherwise you could just post an entire motion picture and then talk about it on the thread to evade copyright. And the DMCA still applies even if someone doesn't monetize a copyrighted work.
