To start things off, he's -desperately- looking for attention at the moment, going to the point that he is actively reassuring himself that he's 'going to be okay' and bringing up the alters more prevalently once more.
And now, onto the main course! He actually used his bike trainer, on video. Six times. Two of which were duplicates, so I haven't included them below. But, to start things off, lets take a good look at his full on bike attire, riding a trainer, inside his apartment.
Take note of that headlamp, it's important.
Oh yes my friends, not only is he wearing his helmet inside, he's got that headlamp turned on, as well as every single light mounted on the bike.
