I'm pretty sure the place was de facto black-only before the shooter walked in and that didn't stop him.
In my experience, members of the local Klan chapter never seemed to care that certain towns and neighborhoods were "black only" spaces before deciding where to place the burning cross.

Maybe Kylie was pointing out that Black-only spaces are important to racist White spree killers, so they can easily figure out where to go and shoot?
Given how hard it is to burn fat, and how it smells when you do, I would argue yes, too much trouble.

On a more serious note: Using a horrifying event like today's just to draw attention to your hateful and uneducated political fever dreams is despicable and they should be ashamed. Just shut your mouths and let people deal with these dreadful news.

Making black-only spaces will do about as much to solve hate crimes as banning trans people from restrooms would to stop hypothetical sexual predators from going into the ladies room.
