oh boohoo just like when you threatened @tweaker the cat with releasing his number
Phil is perfectly capable for finding housing. He just has unrealistic expectations of living in a large and expensive city on an SSI budget.
not even necessarily. if he weren't so autistic about his tattoos, his phone, etc, he could definitely get a two-bedroom with a couple or another person and still easily afford utilities, necessities and some spergy treat if he really needed one. he blows all his money on luxury items like a spoiled brat and expects everyone to help him instead of him actually... working at anything.
He could get a one bedroom for 600ish. I wouldn't suggest any situation where he rooms with someone because even his enablers get sick of him if they have to be in close proximity for too long.
Studio apartments could be even cheaper. At least around where I live. I don't know how it is in Oakland or Portland or wherever the hell Phil is now though. He could get a one bedroom for 600ish.
He could get something decent for 600 in the metro area, but definitely not in Portland by himself with his income. He could get a one bedroom for 600ish. Speaking from personal experience, the cheapest single apartments I found in the metro area were in places like Hillsboro and Gresham starting around 650, and that's not including utilities. Presuming ADF wants to live around downtown Portland, the bare minimum for an apartment on the outskirts of the city would be around the 700 range, and only gets more expensive the further you move in; many of the large Apt. buildings near me go for around 1100-1500. Perfectly affordable if you have a semi-decent job, but nowhere near what ADF can afford.
That's the entire thread summed up, Way back after his first claim of a 200 dollar overage charge I and some others did the math out, he's using an absurd amount of data, he's not using wifi he is using a fancy phone he's not changed his plan... Now all of these to anyone else would all set off red flags, some people use their phones a lot or think they are on wifi and get hit happens to the best of us, what do they do? Change plan or set to wifi, maybe even use less net time.I think the problem is that I keep thinking in logical terms. If I were homeless I'd go to the area where I could afford to live. I keep forgetting we're not dealing with someone logical and the base of the hierarchy of needs is ignored in favor of shitty tattoos.
