His big move to Portland is stressing him out also, because no one cares. Citing concern for the deposed leader's mental state, Chief Justice Bronson Fortner said "Mr. DeLici does not appear to be competent enough to stand trial. He is delusional, convinced that he is still in power. Just yesterday he tried to order a commando strike on Pacifica."
Even more troubling, DeLici seems to have forgotten where his country is. "He announced that he was annexing Newfoundland.
