If he keeps this up, trying to get people put in jail or psych ward, he will be the one locked up instead sooner or later. That's what happens to demented people who relentlessly troll the police and disturb the innocent public. There comes a point when people become fed up and get rid of the public nuisance. At least when they put him in a straight jacket and padded room, he will be properly medicated, fed a balanced diet, and forced to shower for once (and not with his own piss.) This old man needs help and it will be for his own good. We must look out for our elders, especially the ones with slow, deteriorating minds.
You say that but Tombomb's been harassing the police for ages. This is the guy that calls 'em up, screams at them, makes threats and drop whatever they're doing to come and talk to him for an hour. He's got a officer that's been assigned to him just so thrice a week he can waste someones time complaining about the mean people on the internet.
Tom's probably not even the worst of the mentally ill hobos they deal with on a weekly basis.
