Well, now that we know the printing company, I was able to locate a close match to ADF's "stolen" map (couldn't find an exact match to the title, but the picture under his hand matched).

Granted, "close" in this context means "something that vaguely had the same style cover" as it turns out F&B's more recent maps have actual pictures of places on the cover and not yellow shapes on a map. Which suggests the map ADF "stole" isn't even a recent, up-to-date printing, and is even more worthless than originally speculated.

I think the running theory is that ADF's blown through their shitty data plan and the phone largely is useless now if there is no free wi-fi around.
