I have said it before and I'll say it again,

To understand what's going on with Phil and how he thinks you have to understand that;
1) Big accomplishments are often lie's or wish fulfillment.
2) Talk to him on numerous fronts, and probe him in different way's.
3) Do step 2 over a period of time.
4) have access to agents you have flipped who will ask him about things more directly because he knows them IRL.

This lie is in it's infancy but let's see if we can't break my old record.

Honestly, if this is true I think it's going to be quite interesting to watch develop. The beauty about Phil is that he manages to ruin absolutely anything good about his life, whether it's genuine friends, a really generous tugboat or a loving mother. This housing will be no different, I'm actually curious to see how this is going to develop, whether it's a lie or not.

I know LA and parts of Washington have a process for this, where the govt tries to identify people they believe would benefit from housing. The hope being that given housing they'd take the opportunity to work on becoming functional instead of spending all their time looking for somewhere to sleep.

It doesn't quite work. I've seen it be successful maybe twice. But there are programs in place to attempt this sort of thing. Which I think is what this is.

I mean let's discount completely the fact Phil has no history of renting anything but a storage unit in a decade. He hasn't held a job in almost that long. He only relatively recently got SSDI, but he can't pass a background check (arrests and psyche holds) nor a credit check due to defaulting on his other bills.

Ignoring all of that completely, Phil couldn't pay for an apartment when he blows through all his tard bux by the 20th of each month.

Edit: unless he's planning to cohabitate with someone like Moonman or AJ Luxton. He'd still be lying about a lease but have a home for a couple months before they got sick of him.

October 6th is a little bit close. The vaginoplasty, boob job and facial feminisation lies were vague and far enough in the future that his few remaining asspatters might have forgotten by the end of 2017. This is just a couple of weeks away, so it'll still be fresh in people's memories when the date rolls around.

Now he'll have to invent some story about how the landlord kicked him out for being trans after he got gang-raped by the other tenants, who mistook him for a young Jennifer Lopez. Always making more work for himself.

I was wondering about that. How is he going to manage his budget when during the time he barely any monthly expenses, he still couldn't hold onto his money? Does that mean no more tattoos? It'll be fun hearing about cisnormative society oppressing him for being translatinx via the concept of "rent".
