Hamber is too dense to realize that she's completely wrecking her metabolism with that BS. Anyone else remember the 600lb mom documentary? That Haitian woman would eat one large meal a day thinking that was the key to losing weight. She just couldn't comprehend the importance of eating small meals throughout the day.
