Jordman probably doesn't understand the concept of water as a fluid you can drink unless its merely a solvent for high fructose corn syrup, caramel colouring, twenty tons of sugar and enough E numbers to make a toddlers head implode. He sees something clear and white being drunk and assumes it must be Vodka because why would you drink water, like in a toilet.

It was low-mid 90's (low 30's for rest of the world) and sunny today. It's cold water, dingus. I drank about half a gallon already today.
To be a BART cop assigned to Civic Center there's probably a minimum blood alcohol content. That part of town is just fucking depressing.
