You have to admit it's kind of hilarious that a mental defective who can't even ride a bike, much less drive a car, is obsessed with road signs.
This is more autistic and boring than Kengle's Sonichen.
I remember reading an article that aid too many road signs tend to actually cause more accidents than help drivers; having to pay attention to too many signs while already watching the road tends to cause more issues. Given that Phil has so many goddamn signs his fake ass country will probably have a death toll in the thousands daily.

You can call Sonichen many things; bizarre, surreal, nightmarish, but to Kengle's credit it was never boring.

He doesn't even try to be creative with the names. His "winter sports area" is literally "area of the sports of winter", aka generic, elementary school/Google Translate Spanish. You'd think a guy with this much of an obsession would put some creativity into it.
I wonder if working on this crap is his...calming thing (whatever it is that autists flee to when they're feeling emotional or over sensitized). Pretty sure the last time he went dark for a day or two after some drama, we got redesigned road signs or something.
