This ended up backfiring a bit as a Jessica Norick showed up to accuse Phil of making death threats and thanks to the melted garbage bag's desire for asspats it was all on a public post.

Edit: C.I.S. deputy director Smutley says Phil definitely did make the threats, before his current "alters" were even a thing.

Oh yeah, long story short. When we were tracking down info on his "orchi" I had a source in the system call the hospital in question. Their cover story was they had discovered they were HIV+ and needed to find contact info on Phil to inform him in case he had it and didn't know.

The hospital freaked the fuck out and told my source he had come in once and told him he couldn't get an orchi and after making a scene he was kicked out, and also since he was a transient and they had no mailing address they were going to update his files to say he was HIV+ until he came in next and they could do blood work to find out.

Speaking from personal observation, this isn't very surprising. I've seen people go to absolutely astonishing lengths to try and 'help' other people while being blatantly taken advantage of. I think it's partly guilt, partly a kind of twisted domestic abuse style mentality.
