Date your update threads. I thought this was an old one because.. well, the thread title.
He's lost 3 pounds in a week. That comes out to a calorie deficit of 10500 calories, or 1500 per day. So, essentially, Phil's claiming that he's eating a deficit of more calories than some short women eat, period. And he's not horrifically obese, so that would be crazy unsafe if he wasn't lying.
Really by now there should just be a weight tracking thread cause it's getting kinda boring seeing the same thing over and over.

Phil confirmed for having a tapeworm due to poor living conditions and diet.
The only explanation for such rapid weight loss is AIDS, Phil. You're not doing much to convince us that you don't have it.
I hope this keeps going for a long time. I want to see what Phil will determine to be a healthy weight in 6 months. Autists aren't exactly great with guesstimating weight so it could get pretty lulzy when he's claiming something dangerously low while his tattoo pics show an arm that resembles a mound of dough.

1. He's lying about his weight. When's the last time he's posted a photo of his bloated carcass?
2. Any weight lost is due to Shitty Butt Syndome (SBS) and he will soon die due to dehydration and anal-related complications.
