Even if you are only getting some of them, they all cost alot.

3: No... they don't. Unless your dick got chopped off by a grinder, not getting MtF surgery/medication will not physically harm you, you may feel it to be triggering or what ever. But you won't die.

4: The average cost for 100 tablets of Viagra is $22, an average box of Viagra last's almost 3 months, that would be still alot less than your medicine.
