So, it seems that Phil's latest medical consultation has, once again been delayed due to a scheduling conflict at the clinic.

I created this thread because I believe, as others have suggested, that Phil has no intention of actually going through with this surgery and he's simply using it to garner sympathy and ass-pats.

I believe that Phil will continue to find excuses for not being able to keep his appointments and otherwise drag out this process for as long as possible (for the reasons stated above).

With this in mind, I thought it might be interesting to start keeping track of these delays/excuses.

I think Pablo is too filthy and mentally unsound to get a surgery from a legitimate clinic, and too poor and filthy to bribe some quack. If his balls ever get cut off it'll be by either himself or some Mexican he picks a fight with.
That said, I think he genuinely wants to get his balls cut off and it's not entirely laziness stopping him from fulfilling his autistic tranny fantasy.

What does it mean when he says he was "scheduled against"? Is he having word salad issues, or is he saying that there is a plot of some kind against him?

Also, didn't Phil ALREADY say that he had gotten all the referrals he needed? He was making a big to-do about it on facebook a while back when he was saying it was a sure thing because the last referral he needed was going to be given by a woman of color (such as himself). Anyone else remember this?

This is why I made the thread; he's made similar excuses in the past and I thought it might be interesting to keep track of them.

It's funny how Phil expects anyone to take his commitment to surgery seriously when he isn't even committed or dedicated enough to do something as fucking simple as taking hormone pills (which, I believe is a requirement for SRS type surgeries).

Even if Phil loses his nuts, there's no way he could keep them clean. Chris at least demonstrated minimal hygiene involving [the origin of the Horrifying rating] and it still wasn't enough to stop it from beginning to get infected.

From everything we've heard from Phil, even if it did happen and it wasn't botched, that thing would get really nasty really quick (in more ways than one).

The logical part of my brain would say that it's a result of the clinic scheduling two appointments for the same block of time.

If they had actively denied him, I think we'd be seeing a bunch of rage and he'd be threatening to off the Australatinian members of whatever race the receptionist belonged to.

From what everyone that knows the process was saying, it is. BUT there was some post from a couple months ago where Phil was saying he was willing (and had?) lied to doctors to get his referrals.

Well if he's referred for a psych evaluation, then he's fucked. How many public suicide threats has Phil posted on his FB page to date? Then, there is also his tumblr as well as an assortment of YouTube videos further showcasing his insanity. Someone so obviously mentally unstable would be rejected for any kind of SRS (or related ) surgery.

According to the standards of Care held by the world professional Association for transgender health, or WPATH, you need to be on hormones for I believe a year before starting the surgery process. I know it was a year when I got my Referrals for top surgery, it may be more than a year for bottom surgery.

Did they perform any kind of blood test to verify that you'd been taking hormones, or did t hey simply take your word for it. Just curious.

If there's a blood test involved, then Phil is SOL.

I am still not understanding the Pokemon approach to getting a surgical referral. Wouldn't it work better to see one doctor at one clinic consistently, then get a referral from them, rather than going from random clinic to random clinic collecting referrals based at best on a superficial intake appointment or two?

I know Hooves is not very intelligent or good at logic, but this seems ridiculous. Unless, as Thetan suggests, it's all play-acting.

The one doctor approach means that Phil would have to submit himself to pesky, transmysognist things like standards of care, a doctor who has a stake in making sure the patient is healthy, fit, and ready for the operation and such superfluous things.

My letters from various mental health professionals verified that I had been on the hormones. There was no blood test. The letter essentially says that under the penalty of perjury you can attest to the fact that your patient has been taking hormones for whatever amount of time. So no mental health professional is going to risk their own job by writing a fake letter for someone who clearly hasn't been taking their hormones.

It's actually the best way, but only if you have established a long term relationship with these providers. I went to my surgery consultation with four letters in hand, when I only needed two. Because what happens very frequently is that the insurance company for whatever reason besides to reject the letter, and if you only have two letters then you are kind of screwed.

In addition to the hormones as Tweaker said above, its been said and posted several other times in other Phil threads, but it bears repeating: you also need a lot of aftercare post-SRS. Keeping the newly formed vagina clean and dilated are essential for months (and in the case of dilating to keep it from closing too much) for the rest of your life.

PHIL WILL NEVER GET THIS SURGERY DONE. EVER. He is retarded and knows that he does not have a real shot at this and has not gone through any of the necessary steps. No one in their right fucking mind is ever going to let someone with no access to a shower have SRS. They won't even allow you to go home from simple day surgery without proper ability to care for the incisions much less something serious like this.

Well then, Phil won't get any letters because, as his 5 o'clock shadow attest to, he obviously hasn't been taking hormones. Based on my understanding, facial hair is usually one of the first things to go, and only takes a few months.

Does this sound right @tweaker the cat ?

Facial hair still remains on hormones, and although it lessens, generally requires electrolysis or lazor hair removal.

SRS stops the growth of facial hair, but hormones generally have little to no effect on facial hair.
