Autistics are people with human rights despite suffering from a mental disability. However this isn't a free license to take a dump on Holocaust memorials, and I think most people with autism don't act like jerks or call any criticism of them "gaslighting," despite a few "bad apples" who pretty much are "blackface for autism."

Nah, I agree with this one. Autistic people do have rights. Phil, however, is nothing more than a bloated roll of rotting flesh wrapped in bondage gear- and I'm pretty sure something like that doesn't have rights.
Miranda rights are no use to someone who is not even capable of remaining silent. Sure, he may have the right to do that. He lacks the ability.

Sorry, you made that way too easy for me to do a cheap joke. Also I think most people who are spectrum are pretty interesting, except "Phil". He is just trash.
Sad thing is they are mal-adapted for this world so focused and dependent on interaction between people. In some alternate world where human's evolved to be more asocial I could see high function autists actually thriving. It's all left over junk from something that may have been advantageous when we were still hunter-gatherers.

I think they are fine and often okay when they can be effectively engaged. When they turtle themselves, it becomes bad and we have seen the result.
Anything that is too rigid and unable to adapt gets replaced. It is how the world works. Even our society can fall into that trap.
Phil never accepted the world as it was or developed a mature response to it. He always wanted to offend and throw temper tantrums at it rather than engage it. He acts edgy to offend or acts abrasive like a petulant child to attract attention. It never works, because he has yet to discover the lesson that hit Chris so many years ago and nearly destroyed him. The lesson is that the world doesn't care about him if he has nothing to offer.
He can site all the causes he wants, but the more extreme the causes the more mainstream society writes him off. He can make all the mean offensive statements he wants, but the more he does them the more trite and meaningless he seems. His brigade of asspatters, really did nothing after his last incident 2 weeks ago. They made a few quick statements and simply moved on with their lives. No one cared about him except us, we were the only ones who even bothered to have the courtesy to feign his loss. Not even his own flesh and blood did that. Phil could actually be dead, and they will simply respond to what ever person is using his facebook. Phil is just a vector to them, a person to post responses around and wall to post comments on. That is all he really is. That is the only currency Phil offers from his facebook page. A vector and a sad page to post comments on.
TLDR; This has nothing to do with people who are autism spectrum. This has everything to do with the fact that Phil is unwilling and incapable of adapting to the world because of his own stubbornness as well as lack of maturity.
I recall someone posting something akin to what Phil's endgame with his asspatters would become. He would one day be actually begging in a life or death situation and all he'd get would be signal boosts and "that's nice".
It's really sad that Phil doesn't realize that his trolls and people who insult him genuinely care more about his well being than the people who just say nice things to him. If these people on his Facebook really cared they'd tell him to shut up about all this nonsense and get some shelter or some counseling because people who really cared about him wouldn't want him homeless sleeping in parks with nasty infections and health issues people who actually cared would try to get Phil some help even if he didn't want it.
Phil may be a piece of shit but he's a rock bottom piece of shit who is blind to those who want him to make something of himself compared to people who would just call him "She or Isabel" and have no qualms of him continuing being a waste of human flesh. I get bummed thinking about how more and more Phil is painting himself into a corner with the insane rhetoric and tattoos like what is Phil's endgame goals? Dying by age 40 with no family, friends, career, or a legacy other than him being dumbfuck left behind?
