I. PREFACE
A slave is property; property is an object; objects lack volition. The surrender of volition, and by so doing becoming an instrument of another’s will, is the purpose of the slave. 4C. The slave will massage, dance for, and otherwise provide relaxation and entertainment for Master (or designated others) in whatever way Master wishes.
5. Regarding Agency.
5A. The slave surrenders true volition and extinguishes her independent self. However, as a conduit through which Master’s desires, needs, wishes, and intentions may be realized, she maintains a capacity for agency which, anchored and affixed as it must be to Master (upon whose self the slave depends), shall be employed in the service of her Master.
5B. The slave may commit voluntary acts as an agent of her Master so as to please him (unless otherwise directed). By proactively seeking to please Master, the slave proves her unique ability among all Master’s instruments.

III.C. Low Protocol

slave CONTRACT
The slave, through signing this contract, is binding itself totally and completely, without limit (except as explicitly defined herein, or in Appendix L – “Hard Limits”), irrevocably in servitude to Master. slave relinquishes all and both explicit and presumed rights, privileges, prerogatives and status to Master in order to become His property as a slave for Him to own and use as He sees fit.
slave’s Basic Role
(a) slave agrees to obey and submit completely to Master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may wilfully refuse to obey the directive of Master without risking punishment. This is with the exception of those situations defined below as “slave’s Veto”.
(b) slave agrees that, upon signing this slave Contract, it’s body, mind and soul belongs to it’s Master, to be used as He sees fit within the guidelines of this contract.

slave’s Safeword
(a) If slave feels that a situation has, or is imminently about to, cause permanent or damaging physical harm to the detriment of it’s long term health, slave may use the safeword “____________” to signify this. Master accepts the responsibility of assessing situations where slave uses the safeword and will, to the best of His ability, make judgment on whether to continue, modify or stop the current activity. slave will accept and uphold Master’s safeword decision. slave acknowledges that use of the safeword is not a guarantee that an activity will end but instead is a request for Master to pause for thought. slave accepts that it might endure punishment for impromper use of the safeword.
(b) No other safewords exist.
slave’s Veto
a) In accordance with conditions one through four outlined below, slave may veto a command given by Master and at that time refuse to obey that command. The veto only applies if:
1) The command conflicts with any existing law or may lead to fine or prosecution or other social defamation of slave, or
2) The command may cause extreme damage to slave’s life, such as losing it’s job or causing it’s family stress etc.
3) The command will cause serious psychological or physical trauma to slave.
4) The command is given when Master is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or any other mind-altering substance that leads slave to believe Master is not considering His actions with due concern for slave’s well-being.
slave’s Behaviour
(a) slave will willingly, freely and to the best of it’s ability, immediately obey any order as demanded by Master. This includes, but is not limited to, unspoken standing orders that Master has taught slave.
(b) slave will willingly, freely and to the best of it’s ability obey all rules set out by Master and live by them whether or not slave is in Master’s presence. All such rules will be kept in Appendix R (“Rules of slavery”) and will be recorded as acknowledged by slave by it initialling next to each rule.
© The rules by which slave must abide can be added to, or altered, at any time by Master and the new or amended rule applies from the moment Master issues it, irrespective of whether that rule has been added or amended to Appendix R and irrespective of whether slave has acknowledged that rule.
(d) slave will willingly, freely and to the best of it’s ability submit to any training or training methods that Master wishes to use or apply in order to help slave to better serve Him and meet His needs.
(e) slave will always be completely honest and truthful and will never lie to Master or omit to mention all facts, actions or inactions, breaches of this contract or appendices or failed responsibilities implicitly inherent upon it through this contract and associated appendices.
(f) slave will never make any excuses for any failures, or for any of its actions, inactions or breaches of this contract or the associated appendices.
(g) slave will show Master the utmost respect at all times and never cause Him any embarrassment. This includes in any discussions, actions or activities with third parties and applies whether Master is present or not.
(h) slave will always endeavour to improve itself physically and mentally to better serve Master.
(i) slave will always be available to serve Master when required except by prior agreement with Master, or for work or family emergencies. Following any emergency that prevents slave from serving Master then slave will, at Master’s convenience, present itself for any punishment deemed necessary.
(j) Master may, at His discretion, define rules requiring slave to seek permission to perform any and/or all independent actions such as making sounds, moving, bodily functions (urinating, defecating etc), eating, drinking and sleeping. Master may also choose to allow slave to perform any or all of these actions independently to avoid being bothered unnecessarily by slave’s base functions. Master will make it clear to slave when it has been placed under this kind of full and unlimited control and again He will make it clear when that has been relinquished.
(k) slave will strive diligently to re-mould it’s body, appearance, habits, and attitudes in accordance with Master’s desires. slave agrees to change it’s actions, speech, and attire to be more indicative of it’s owned state, under the direction of Master.
(l) slave will always speak of his Master in terms of love and respect, and address Him appropriately as “Master”, “Sir”, or however else as directed by Master. slave will never address any other person as “Master” but will use “Sir” or “Madam” as directed by Master.
(m) slave will seek to learn how to please Master better, and will gracefully accept any criticism given in whatever form Master chooses.
(n) slave renounces all rights to privacy or concealment, of any kind, from Master.
(o) slave will keep itself clean and scent free at all times.
(p) slave will not engage in malicious gossip or use insulting or demeaning language towards others.
(q) slave shall not reveal the terms of its slavery to anyone else, even if such slavery comes to an end at any time.
® slave shall not sit, lie on or use the furniture, in any way, without permission from Master.
(s) slave agrees to confess all of it’s desires and fetishes if requested to do so by Master, for His consideration.
(t) slave will answer truthfully and completely, to the best of it’s knowledge, any and all questions Master may ask of it. slave will volunteer any information that Master should know about it’s physical or emotional condition by respectfully requesting permission to “speak freely”. This request may be granted or denied at Master’s discretion.
(u) When in the same room as Master, slave will ask permission before leaving the room, explaining where it is planning to go and why. This includes, but is not limited to, asking permission to use the restroom.
(v) When in public, slave will stand and remain at Master’s side at all times and will never speak to others without permission.
slave’s Permanent Chores
(a) slave shall immediately start the oral servicing of Master’s Cock every morning as soon as it is released from it’s cage. This should be without any encouragement or command from Master.
(b) Upon Master’s arrival home, or at any other moment as demanded by Master, slave shall “present” by dropping onto all fours with it’s pussy pointed toward Master, back curved and forehead down against the floor. slave shall silently and covertly follow Master wherever He goes, repositioning itself to always have it’s pussy pointing towards Him. This will continue until Master acknowledges slave by issuing a new order or stating “continue”. slave will not rise from all fours until this time.
© slave is responsible for maintenance and completion of all household chores. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) slave shall diligently maintain and adorn it’s body parts in such manner as will ensure that they are fully open and available to Master. slave’s body parts shall be able to be displayed in public or private, to others or to Him, when so ordered by Master.
(b) slave will only ever wear a simple, minimalist jock-strap when at home. This is in addition to any bondage or other adornments fitted to slave by Master. At times when slave has been ordered to be entirely naked, it must not return to wearing the jock-strap until ordered to do so.
© slave shall keep it’s body entirely clean-shaven or waxed and may request, but not expect, Master’s assistance with this. If shaving, this ritual will be repeated on a weekly basis.
(d) slave shall keep it’s hair, cut and style, as directed by Master.
Slave’s Time Off
(a) slave may request “time off” from Master but this must be approved by Him in advance. With the exception of work or family emergencies, slave can be recalled by Master at any time and slave will provide an estimated time of arrival back into service when it acknowledges the recall.
(b) Master will not unreasonably deny requests made by slave to visit it’s parents/relatives provided such requests are made with adequate notice.
© Under no circumstances shall Master force slave to cease communication with it’s parents or relatives. However, slave accepts that Master may decide on the appropriateness or otherwise of slave’s friends and as such may order slave to break contact with friends He does not approve of.
Master’s Role
(a) Master accepts the responsibility of slave’s body to do with as He sees fit. Master agrees to love, care for, protect, and cherish slave, and to arrange for the safety and well-being of it. Master also accepts the commitment to train, punish and use slave as He sees fit.
(b) Master shall keep slave physically fit and healthy.
© Master shall look after the finances of the house and ensure that slave has enough to eat and a safe place to live.
(d) slave will retain control of it’s finances. it will pay a total monthly “tribute” of £ _______ to Master, which will cover slave’s contribution toward rent, food, bills etc. and also covers the required “appreciation tribute” to Master. slave will have no further financial burden other than this monthly £ _______ unless it wishes to make further expenditure.
(e) Master accepts that slave is a valuable possession and as such Master will keep slave safe at all times.
(f) Master will not instruct slave to perform any unsafe or illegal acts or anything that is listed in Appendix L “Hard Limits”.
(g) Master will, at His own discretion, allow slave limited but regular periods of “free speech” where slave will be permitted to freely express its thoughts without fear of retribution. slave will, however, remain entirely respectful to Master, but may ask for clarifications or express it’s concerns openly.
(h) Nothing Master shall request of slave shall cause it illness or physical permanent damage.
Punishment
(a) slave agrees to accept any punishment Master decides to inflict, whether earned or not.
(b) slave agrees that severe punishment may be required for any infraction of the letter or spirit of this slave Contract, and it will accept the correction gratefully. The form and extent of punishment shall be at Master’s discretion. He may also punish slave without reason, in order to please Himself. slave may cry, scream, or beg, but accepts that these expressions will not affect Master’s treatment. Furthermore, slave accepts that if Master tires of it’s noise, He may gag it or take other actions to silence it.
© Master is not limited by place, location or duration when issuing punishment. There is also no limit to the methods He may use (appendix L does not apply for punishments).
Rules of Punishment
(a) Punishment of the slave is subject to certain rules designed to protect the slave from intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm.
(b) Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, nor the following forms of abuse:
Terms of Address
(a) When around “non-scene” members of the public, the terms “Master” and “slave” shall not be used by Master, slave or other people. In this situation slave should address Master using “Sir” unless instructed otherwise. Master and other people will address slave using any term other than “slave”.
(b) When around only those involved in the “scene” and at all times in private, slave shall address Master as “Master”. In this situation there is no limit to the terms of address that may be used by Master and other people to address slave.
© Written word – slave must ensure that it never capitalises a term of address relating to itself in written word. slave must also ensure that it always capitalises terms of address relating to Master in written word. This slave Contract follows this format. Master may choose whether or not to follow this format but will, nevertheless, always expect slave to do so.
Permanent Bodily Harm
(a) Since the body of slave now belongs to Master, it is His responsibility to protect slave from permanent bodily harm.
(b) Should slave ever come to permanent bodily harm during the course of punishment or in any other slavery related activity, whether by intention or accident, this contract will enter a state of unlimited suspension until such time when slave is ready to decide whether to re-enter slavery or be freed.

slave CONTRACT
The slave, through signing this contract, is binding itself totally and completely, without limit (except as explicitly defined herein, or in Appendix L – “Hard Limits”), irrevocably in servitude to Master. slave relinquishes all and both explicit and presumed rights, privileges, prerogatives and status to Master in order to become His property as a slave for Him to own and use as He sees fit.
slave’s Basic Role
(a) slave agrees to obey and submit completely to Master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may wilfully refuse to obey the directive of Master without risking punishment. This is with the exception of those situations defined below as “slave’s Veto”.
(b) slave agrees that, upon signing this slave Contract, it’s body, mind and soul belongs to it’s Master, to be used as He sees fit within the guidelines of this contract.
© slave agrees to please Master to the best of it’s ability, in that it now exists solely for the pleasure of Master.
(d) slave understands that all that it has, and all that it does, shall now move from right to privilege, granted only as Master wishes, and only to the extent that He finds useful.
slave’s Safeword
(a) If slave feels that a situation has, or is imminently about to, cause permanent or damaging physical harm to the detriment of it’s long term health, slave may use the safeword “____________” to signify this. Master accepts the responsibility of assessing situations where slave uses the safeword and will, to the best of His ability, make judgment on whether to continue, modify or stop the current activity. slave will accept and uphold Master’s safeword decision. slave acknowledges that use of the safeword is not a guarantee that an activity will end but instead is a request for Master to pause for thought. slave accepts that it might endure punishment for impromper use of the safeword.
(b) No other safewords exist.
slave’s Veto
a) In accordance with conditions one through four outlined below, slave may veto a command given by Master and at that time refuse to obey that command. The veto only applies if:
1) The command conflicts with any existing law or may lead to fine or prosecution or other social defamation of slave, or
2) The command may cause extreme damage to slave’s life, such as losing it’s job or causing it’s family stress etc.
3) The command will cause serious psychological or physical trauma to slave.
4) The command is given when Master is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or any other mind-altering substance that leads slave to believe Master is not considering His actions with due concern for slave’s well-being.
slave’s Behaviour
(a) slave will willingly, freely and to the best of it’s ability, immediately obey any order as demanded by Master. This includes, but is not limited to, unspoken standing orders that Master has taught slave.
(b) slave will willingly, freely and to the best of it’s ability obey all rules set out by Master and live by them whether or not slave is in Master’s presence. All such rules will be kept in Appendix R (“Rules of slavery”) and will be recorded as acknowledged by slave by it initialling next to each rule.
© The rules by which slave must abide can be added to, or altered, at any time by Master and the new or amended rule applies from the moment Master issues it, irrespective of whether that rule has been added or amended to Appendix R and irrespective of whether slave has acknowledged that rule.
(d) slave will willingly, freely and to the best of it’s ability submit to any training or training methods that Master wishes to use or apply in order to help slave to better serve Him and meet His needs.
(e) slave will always be completely honest and truthful and will never lie to Master or omit to mention all facts, actions or inactions, breaches of this contract or appendices or failed responsibilities implicitly inherent upon it through this contract and associated appendices.
(f) slave will never make any excuses for any failures, or for any of its actions, inactions or breaches of this contract or the associated appendices.
(g) slave will show Master the utmost respect at all times and never cause Him any embarrassment. This includes in any discussions, actions or activities with third parties and applies whether Master is present or not.
(h) slave will always endeavour to improve itself physically and mentally to better serve Master.
(i) slave will always be available to serve Master when required except by prior agreement with Master, or for work or family emergencies. Following any emergency that prevents slave from serving Master then slave will, at Master’s convenience, present itself for any punishment deemed necessary.
(j) Master may, at His discretion, define rules requiring slave to seek permission to perform any and/or all independent actions such as making sounds, moving, bodily functions (urinating, defecating etc), eating, drinking and sleeping. Master may also choose to allow slave to perform any or all of these actions independently to avoid being bothered unnecessarily by slave’s base functions. Master will make it clear to slave when it has been placed under this kind of full and unlimited control and again He will make it clear when that has been relinquished.
(k) slave will strive diligently to re-mould it’s body, appearance, habits, and attitudes in accordance with Master’s desires. slave agrees to change it’s actions, speech, and attire to be more indicative of it’s owned state, under the direction of Master.
(l) slave will always speak of his Master in terms of love and respect, and address Him appropriately as “Master”, “Sir”, or however else as directed by Master. slave will never address any other person as “Master” but will use “Sir” or “Madam” as directed by Master.
(m) slave will seek to learn how to please Master better, and will gracefully accept any criticism given in whatever form Master chooses.
(n) slave renounces all rights to privacy or concealment, of any kind, from Master.
(o) slave will keep itself clean and scent free at all times.
(p) slave will not engage in malicious gossip or use insulting or demeaning language towards others.
(q) slave shall not reveal the terms of its slavery to anyone else, even if such slavery comes to an end at any time.
® slave shall not sit, lie on or use the furniture, in any way, without permission from Master.
(s) slave agrees to confess all of it’s desires and fetishes if requested to do so by Master, for His consideration.
(t) slave will answer truthfully and completely, to the best of it’s knowledge, any and all questions Master may ask of it. slave will volunteer any information that Master should know about it’s physical or emotional condition by respectfully requesting permission to “speak freely”. This request may be granted or denied at Master’s discretion.
(u) When in the same room as Master, slave will ask permission before leaving the room, explaining where it is planning to go and why. This includes, but is not limited to, asking permission to use the restroom.
(v) When in public, slave will stand and remain at Master’s side at all times and will never speak to others without permission.
slave’s Permanent Chores
(a) slave shall immediately start the oral servicing of Master’s Cock every morning as soon as it is released from it’s cage. This should be without any encouragement or command from Master.
(b) Upon Master’s arrival home, or at any other moment as demanded by Master, slave shall “present” by dropping onto all fours with it’s pussy pointed toward Master, back curved and forehead down against the floor. slave shall silently and covertly follow Master wherever He goes, repositioning itself to always have it’s pussy pointing towards Him. This will continue until Master acknowledges slave by issuing a new order or stating “continue”. slave will not rise from all fours until this time.
© slave is responsible for maintenance and completion of all household chores. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Cooking all meals including preparing food for Master while He is at work if required,
- Cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.,
- Ironing, laundry and dry cleaning,
- Running errands and shopping,
- The slave is caged or somehow otherwise confined in such a manner that it is unable to physically complete assigned chores,
- The slave has received leave from chores, given by Master alone, due to illness or work requirements.
(a) slave shall diligently maintain and adorn it’s body parts in such manner as will ensure that they are fully open and available to Master. slave’s body parts shall be able to be displayed in public or private, to others or to Him, when so ordered by Master.
(b) slave will only ever wear a simple, minimalist jock-strap when at home. This is in addition to any bondage or other adornments fitted to slave by Master. At times when slave has been ordered to be entirely naked, it must not return to wearing the jock-strap until ordered to do so.
© slave shall keep it’s body entirely clean-shaven or waxed and may request, but not expect, Master’s assistance with this. If shaving, this ritual will be repeated on a weekly basis.
(d) slave shall keep it’s hair, cut and style, as directed by Master.
Slave’s Time Off
(a) slave may request “time off” from Master but this must be approved by Him in advance. With the exception of work or family emergencies, slave can be recalled by Master at any time and slave will provide an estimated time of arrival back into service when it acknowledges the recall.
(b) Master will not unreasonably deny requests made by slave to visit it’s parents/relatives provided such requests are made with adequate notice.
© Under no circumstances shall Master force slave to cease communication with it’s parents or relatives. However, slave accepts that Master may decide on the appropriateness or otherwise of slave’s friends and as such may order slave to break contact with friends He does not approve of.
Master’s Role
(a) Master accepts the responsibility of slave’s body to do with as He sees fit. Master agrees to love, care for, protect, and cherish slave, and to arrange for the safety and well-being of it. Master also accepts the commitment to train, punish and use slave as He sees fit.
(b) Master shall keep slave physically fit and healthy.
© Master shall look after the finances of the house and ensure that slave has enough to eat and a safe place to live.
(d) slave will retain control of it’s finances. it will pay a total monthly “tribute” of £ _______ to Master, which will cover slave’s contribution toward rent, food, bills etc. and also covers the required “appreciation tribute” to Master. slave will have no further financial burden other than this monthly £ _______ unless it wishes to make further expenditure.
(e) Master accepts that slave is a valuable possession and as such Master will keep slave safe at all times.
(f) Master will not instruct slave to perform any unsafe or illegal acts or anything that is listed in Appendix L “Hard Limits”.
(g) Master will, at His own discretion, allow slave limited but regular periods of “free speech” where slave will be permitted to freely express its thoughts without fear of retribution. slave will, however, remain entirely respectful to Master, but may ask for clarifications or express it’s concerns openly.
(h) Nothing Master shall request of slave shall cause it illness or physical permanent damage.
Punishment
(a) slave agrees to accept any punishment Master decides to inflict, whether earned or not.
(b) slave agrees that severe punishment may be required for any infraction of the letter or spirit of this slave Contract, and it will accept the correction gratefully. The form and extent of punishment shall be at Master’s discretion. He may also punish slave without reason, in order to please Himself. slave may cry, scream, or beg, but accepts that these expressions will not affect Master’s treatment. Furthermore, slave accepts that if Master tires of it’s noise, He may gag it or take other actions to silence it.

1 AGREEMENT
1.1 Binding Agreement
This document, dated First day of May 2014 (herein known as the “start date”), is a one year contract of voluntary slavery between Master ?? herein referred to as “Master”, “Him”, “He” or the related form “Master’s” and Charlie herein referred to as “slave”, “sex slave”, “pain slave”, “domestic slave” or “it” or the related forms “its” or “itself”.
The agreement consists of 8 main clauses with numerous sub-clauses within them and supersedes any previous contract or agreement.

1.2 Term
This contract is binding for one calendar year from the start date until 23:59 (GMT) on First day of May 2015 (herein known as the “term of the contract”).
2 AFFIRMATION
2.1 slave’s Affirmation
slave affirms that it is signing this contract of its own free will without pressure or coercion of any kind, that it is of sound mind and body and is not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. slave further affirms that it fully understands the meaning and implications of this contract and explicitly requests it be enforced in full, and at all times, as defined below for the one year duration of the contract.
slave understands that it will be used for sex as a sex slave, as a domestic slave completing tasks for master at any property master chooses and also as a pain slave for bondage and punishment sessions that will be real, inescapable, unstoppable and may also be severely painful.
slave understands that it will not be permitted to wear any clothing when serving master regardless of location unless master decides otherwise.
2.2 Interference
slave requests that no third party group, individual, organisation or body interfere in any way to prevent slave from fulfilling its obligations of servitude and obedience to Master as defined in this contract and for the full term of the contract.
3 CLAUSES
3.1 slave’s Responsibilities
3.1.1
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability serve Master sexually in any way He requires.
3.1.2
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability serve Master as a domestic slave completing all chores put before it
3.1.3
slave will willingly accept any punishment from Master and for whatever reason, including purely for Master’s pleasure as a pain slave, but within the limits defined in section 4 below. Punishment may take any form Master deems fit including, but not limited to, corporal punishment, bondage, chastity, removal of privileges including food or sleep, outside time or degrading, humiliating or pointless commands.
3.1.4
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability immediately obey any order, or perform any action, demanded by Master.
3.1.5
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability obey all rules set out for it by Master and live by them whether or not it is in Master’s presence. Master is responsible for listing all such rules in a “rules of slavery” document. Rules for slave can be changed at any time by Master and apply immediately Master issues them.
3.1.6
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability submit to any training, and any training methods, Master wishes to use or apply to it to better serve Him to meet His needs.
3.1.7
slave will always be completely honest and truthful and never lie to Master or omit to mention all facts, actions or inactions, or any breaches of the rules and responsibilities inherent upon it through this contract and associated rules of slavery document.
3.1.8
slave will never make any excuses for any failures or any of its actions, inactions or any breaches of this contract or the associated rules of slavery document.
3.1.9
slave will show Master the utmost respect at all times and never cause Him any embarrassment. This includes in any discussions, actions or activities with third parties and applies whether Master is present or not.
3.1.10
slave will always endeavour to improve itself physically and mentally to better serve Master.
3.1.11
slave will always be available to serve Master when required except by prior agreement with Master or for work or family emergencies. Following any emergency that prevents slave from serving Master then slave will, at Master’s convenience, present itself for any punishment deemed necessary.
3.1.12
Master has the right to define rules, for any period of time up to the term of the contract, that require slave to seek permission from Master while in His presence to perform any and all independent actions such as making sounds, moving, bodily functions like urinating and defecating, and eating, drinking and sleeping. Master may also chose to allow slave to perform any or all of these actions independently to avoid being bothered unnecessarily by slave’s base functions.Master also has the right to command slave to do these at will at risk of punishment if a function is failed
3.2 slave’s Veto
3.2.1
slave has no veto over any actions Master wishes it to perform except within the limits defined in section 4 below or where such actions may result in prosecution under the law
3.2.2
slave has “safe word” to use to stop any action or punishment of which is only valid for one month from contract start. After this no “safe words” are vaild
3.2.3
slave has the right to respectfully refuse to perform any action for, or accept any punishment from, Master when Master is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such circumstances slave must, when Master is no longer under the influence of alcohol or drugs, submit itself for any punishment Master sees fit.
3.2.4
slave has the right to refuse any drugs, tobacco or alcohol offered by Master.
3.2.5
slave has no right to veto publication of any information, stories or pictures about its slavery and service to Master.
3.3 slave’s Possessions and Finances
3.3.1
Master has no right to make use of slave’s material goods, possessions and any other assets as His own unless the situation becomes 24/7.
3.3.2
Master has no right to require His slave to acquire any new, or dispose of any existing, material goods, possessions or assets unless the situation becomes 24/7.
3.3.3
Master has no right to set financial rules for slave to live by unless the situation becomes 24/7.
3.3.4
Master has the right to make slave pay for any goods and services it uses while serving Him, or equivalent value goods and services to ensure it is not a financial burden on Him.
3.3.5
Master has the right to make use of slave for His own financial gain in any way that is not unsafe or does not breach the limits defined in section 4. This includes renting it out for periods upto the length of the contract, slave auctions etc.
3.4 Master’s Responsibilities
3.4.1
Master accepts that slave is a valuable possession and as such Master will keep slave safe at all times.
3.4.2
Master will not instruct slave to perform any unsafe or illegal acts or anything that is listed in the limits defined in section 4.
3.4.3
Master accepts slave has a right of veto on any actions or punishment if Master is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and furthermore slave has the right to refuse any alcohol or drugs Master wishes it to use.
3.4.4
Master doesnt have to allow slave any free periods.
3.5 Third Parties
3.5.1
slave may have no other Master, partner (sexual or otherwise) or submit to any other person without the express agreement of Master.
3.5.2
Master is free to have other slaves, partners or relationships of any kind.
3.5.3
Master expects slave to serve in public or private, alone or in front/with others.
3.5.4
Master may instruct slave to serve another man,woman or group transferring any or all His rights and responsibilities under sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.3 of this contract and in the related rules of slavery document to that man,woman or group, for any period of time up to the term of the contract. Master may, or may not, be present while slave serves third parties but remains ultimately responsible for ensuring this agreement is adhered to by those parties.
3.5.5
Master may instruct slave to serve Him with other slaves but slave will always remain lowest in rank regardless of anyone else involved.
3.5.6
With Masters permission anyone may use slave as master would with no exception, with slave refusal comes punishment until slave accepts his duties and serves the other as he would his master including sexual activities
3.6 Disagreement
3.6.1
If there is any disagreement between Master and slave on the term of the contract or any of the clauses or limits within the contract then in all circumstances Master’s decision is final.
3.6.2
Alterations to the contract must be agreed with Master and slave and an amended contract with the agreed change must be signed. The term of the contract will not change as a result of any amendment unless agreed by Master and slave. Master, or slave, can veto changes.
4 LIMITS
4.1 Bodily Harm
4.1.1
Master will not submit slave to any actions that would result in permanent bodily harm. This includes blood, permanent marks on the skin and burns.
4.1.2
Master will not submit slave to any tattoos, brands or piercings against its will. All body hair is controlled by master, hair above eyeline is exempt
4.2 Unsafe or Illegal Acts
4.2.1
Master will not submit slave to any unsafe acts, sexual or otherwise, including no scat, blood, needles, knives or other weapons. This does not limit any oral use, anal use with a condom or drinking Master’s piss. Master can not make slave top another male as slave isnt worthy of such activity. slave will never be permitted to kiss Masters lips.
4.2.2
Master will not submit slave to any illegal acts, sexual or otherwise, or put slaves life in danger.
4.3 Work and Family
4.3.1
Master will not submit slave to any actions that may result in it losing its job or seriously impacting relationships with its family.
5 LAPSE, TERMINATION AND BREACH OF THE CONTRACT
5.1 Lapse
5.1.1
This contract will run for one calendar year from the start date (the term of the contract) after which time the contract will lapse. The slave will not be freed at this point unless Master chooses to not renew the contract or if the slave provides written termination within a 24 hour window closing 30 days before laspe. If no termination is recieved and master wishes to renew the contract, the length of service will be decided by Master for the duration of 1 to 5 calendar years extendable at each laspse
5.1.2
If Master moves more than 20 miles away from current location then this contract automatically lapses. Master and slave are free to negotiate any new contract or to not continue the relationship.
5.1.3
If Master and slave move in together then this contract automatically lapses but Master and slave commit to negotiate a new contract appropriate to a 24/7 live-in relationship which will be heavily in favour of master.
5.2 Termination
5.2.1
Master has the right to terminate the contract at any time during the term of the contract.
5.2.2
slave has no right to terminate the contract until the term of the contract is complete.
5.3 Breach
5.3.1
Master has the right to severely punish slave for any breach of contract.
5.3.2
If Master breaches any of His responsibilities or slave’s limits as defined in this contract then this contract is automatically terminated and slave is released from its slavery to Master.
5.4 Goods and Assets
5.4.1
Any goods slave buys for Master or any goods it brings into Master’s home for Master’s personal use or for His use on slave will remain Master’s property at the lapse, termination, breach or transfer of the contract.
6 TRANSFER OF THE CONTRACT
6.1 Right of Transfer
6.1.1
Master may at any time during the term of the contract transfer the ownership of slave to another, new, Master, under the same terms and conditions of this contract, for the remainder of the term of the contract. This can be agreed between masters in a slave exchange, a sale including a value in pounds or simply giving up the slave to a new master rather than freeing them which can be a controlling way of ending ownership without terminating the contract
6.1.2
Master commits to ensure any new Master is sane and responsible and irrespective of his sexual-orientation or intended use of slave understands the dynamics of a Master/slave relationship.
6.2 Consultation and Remuneration
6.2.1
slave has no right to be consulted in any aspect of the transfer of the contract of its slavery.
6.2.2
Any remuneration for the transfer of slave to its new Master under this contract, in whatever form, belongs entirely to Master.
6.3 Act of Transfer
6.3.1
Master and slave agree that any dated signature in section 8 of this contract by Master and a new Master changes the definition of Master from the date shown, for the remainder of the term of the contract, from the master named as Current Master to the master named as New Master. This supersedes any person named as Master in sections 1 and 7 of this contract. Any New Master, will then be known as Master with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities resulting from this contract including the right to transfer ownership of slave to another Master by completing section 8 (appending additional pages in the same format where needed).
7 SIGNATURES:
I hereby agree to be bound by the clauses and limits of this contract of voluntary slavery for the agreed term of the contract (one calendar year from the agreed start date) between the two parties identified as Master and slave below.

slave, through signing this contract, is binding itself totally and completely, without limit (except as explicitly defined below), irrevocably to servitude to Master. slave relinquishes all legal and cultural (and both explicit and presumed) rights, privileges, prerogatives and status to Master to become His property as a Slave for Him to own and use as He sees fit.
1.2 Term
This contract is binding for one calendar year from the start date until 23:59 (GMT) on First day of May 2015 (herein known as the “term of the contract”).
2 AFFIRMATION
2.1 slave’s Affirmation
slave affirms that it is signing this contract of its own free will without pressure or coercion of any kind, that it is of sound mind and body and is not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. slave further affirms that it fully understands the meaning and implications of this contract and explicitly requests it be enforced in full, and at all times, as defined below for the one year duration of the contract.
slave understands that it will be used for sex as a sex slave, as a domestic slave completing tasks for master at any property master chooses and also as a pain slave for bondage and punishment sessions that will be real, inescapable, unstoppable and may also be severely painful.
slave understands that it will not be permitted to wear any clothing when serving master regardless of location unless master decides otherwise.
2.2 Interference
slave requests that no third party group, individual, organisation or body interfere in any way to prevent slave from fulfilling its obligations of servitude and obedience to Master as defined in this contract and for the full term of the contract.
3 CLAUSES
3.1 slave’s Responsibilities
3.1.1
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability serve Master sexually in any way He requires.
3.1.2
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability serve Master as a domestic slave completing all chores put before it
3.1.3
slave will willingly accept any punishment from Master and for whatever reason, including purely for Master’s pleasure as a pain slave, but within the limits defined in section 4 below. Punishment may take any form Master deems fit including, but not limited to, corporal punishment, bondage, chastity, removal of privileges including food or sleep, outside time or degrading, humiliating or pointless commands.
3.1.4
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability immediately obey any order, or perform any action, demanded by Master.
3.1.5
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability obey all rules set out for it by Master and live by them whether or not it is in Master’s presence. Master is responsible for listing all such rules in a “rules of slavery” document. Rules for slave can be changed at any time by Master and apply immediately Master issues them.
3.1.6
slave will willingly, freely and to the best of its ability submit to any training, and any training methods, Master wishes to use or apply to it to better serve Him to meet His needs.
3.1.7
slave will always be completely honest and truthful and never lie to Master or omit to mention all facts, actions or inactions, or any breaches of the rules and responsibilities inherent upon it through this contract and associated rules of slavery document.
3.1.8
slave will never make any excuses for any failures or any of its actions, inactions or any breaches of this contract or the associated rules of slavery document.
3.1.9
slave will show Master the utmost respect at all times and never cause Him any embarrassment. This includes in any discussions, actions or activities with third parties and applies whether Master is present or not.
3.1.10
slave will always endeavour to improve itself physically and mentally to better serve Master.
3.1.11
slave will always be available to serve Master when required except by prior agreement with Master or for work or family emergencies. Following any emergency that prevents slave from serving Master then slave will, at Master’s convenience, present itself for any punishment deemed necessary.
3.1.12
Master has the right to define rules, for any period of time up to the term of the contract, that require slave to seek permission from Master while in His presence to perform any and all independent actions such as making sounds, moving, bodily functions like urinating and defecating, and eating, drinking and sleeping. Master may also chose to allow slave to perform any or all of these actions independently to avoid being bothered unnecessarily by slave’s base functions.Master also has the right to command slave to do these at will at risk of punishment if a function is failed
3.2 slave’s Veto
3.2.1
slave has no veto over any actions Master wishes it to perform except within the limits defined in section 4 below or where such actions may result in prosecution under the law
3.2.2
slave has “safe word” to use to stop any action or punishment of which is only valid for one month from contract start. After this no “safe words” are vaild
3.2.3
slave has the right to respectfully refuse to perform any action for, or accept any punishment from, Master when Master is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such circumstances slave must, when Master is no longer under the influence of alcohol or drugs, submit itself for any punishment Master sees fit.
3.2.4
slave has the right to refuse any drugs, tobacco or alcohol offered by Master.
3.2.5
slave has no right to veto publication of any information, stories or pictures about its slavery and service to Master.
3.3 slave’s Possessions and Finances
3.3.1
Master has no right to make use of slave’s material goods, possessions and any other assets as His own unless the situation becomes 24/7.
3.3.2
Master has no right to require His slave to acquire any new, or dispose of any existing, material goods, possessions or assets unless the situation becomes 24/7.
3.3.3
Master has no right to set financial rules for slave to live by unless the situation becomes 24/7.
3.3.4
Master has the right to make slave pay for any goods and services it uses while serving Him, or equivalent value goods and services to ensure it is not a financial burden on Him.
3.3.5
Master has the right to make use of slave for His own financial gain in any way that is not unsafe or does not breach the limits defined in section 4. This includes renting it out for periods upto the length of the contract, slave auctions etc.
3.4 Master’s Responsibilities
3.4.1
Master accepts that slave is a valuable possession and as such Master will keep slave safe at all times.
3.4.2
Master will not instruct slave to perform any unsafe or illegal acts or anything that is listed in the limits defined in section 4.
3.4.3
Master accepts slave has a right of veto on any actions or punishment if Master is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and furthermore slave has the right to refuse any alcohol or drugs Master wishes it to use.
3.4.4
Master doesnt have to allow slave any free periods.
3.5 Third Parties
3.5.1
slave may have no other Master, partner (sexual or otherwise) or submit to any other person without the express agreement of Master.
3.5.2
Master is free to have other slaves, partners or relationships of any kind.
3.5.3
Master expects slave to serve in public or private, alone or in front/with others.
3.5.4
Master may instruct slave to serve another man,woman or group transferring any or all His rights and responsibilities under sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.3 of this contract and in the related rules of slavery document to that man,woman or group, for any period of time up to the term of the contract. Master may, or may not, be present while slave serves third parties but remains ultimately responsible for ensuring this agreement is adhered to by those parties.
3.5.5
Master may instruct slave to serve Him with other slaves but slave will always remain lowest in rank regardless of anyone else involved.
3.5.6
With Masters permission anyone may use slave as master would with no exception, with slave refusal comes punishment until slave accepts his duties and serves the other as he would his master including sexual activities
3.6 Disagreement
3.6.1
If there is any disagreement between Master and slave on the term of the contract or any of the clauses or limits within the contract then in all circumstances Master’s decision is final.
3.6.2
Alterations to the contract must be agreed with Master and slave and an amended contract with the agreed change must be signed. The term of the contract will not change as a result of any amendment unless agreed by Master and slave. Master, or slave, can veto changes.
4 LIMITS
4.1 Bodily Harm
4.1.1
Master will not submit slave to any actions that would result in permanent bodily harm. This includes blood, permanent marks on the skin and burns.
4.1.2
Master will not submit slave to any tattoos, brands or piercings against its will. All body hair is controlled by master, hair above eyeline is exempt
4.2 Unsafe or Illegal Acts
4.2.1
Master will not submit slave to any unsafe acts, sexual or otherwise, including no scat, blood, needles, knives or other weapons. This does not limit any oral use, anal use with a condom or drinking Master’s piss. Master can not make slave top another male as slave isnt worthy of such activity. slave will never be permitted to kiss Masters lips.
4.2.2
Master will not submit slave to any illegal acts, sexual or otherwise, or put slaves life in danger.
4.3 Work and Family
4.3.1
Master will not submit slave to any actions that may result in it losing its job or seriously impacting relationships with its family.
5 LAPSE, TERMINATION AND BREACH OF THE CONTRACT
5.1 Lapse
5.1.1
This contract will run for one calendar year from the start date (the term of the contract) after which time the contract will lapse. The slave will not be freed at this point unless Master chooses to not renew the contract or if the slave provides written termination within a 24 hour window closing 30 days before laspe. If no termination is recieved and master wishes to renew the contract, the length of service will be decided by Master for the duration of 1 to 5 calendar years extendable at each laspse
5.1.2
If Master moves more than 20 miles away from current location then this contract automatically lapses. Master and slave are free to negotiate any new contract or to not continue the relationship.
5.1.3
If Master and slave move in together then this contract automatically lapses but Master and slave commit to negotiate a new contract appropriate to a 24/7 live-in relationship which will be heavily in favour of master.
5.2 Termination
5.2.1
Master has the right to terminate the contract at any time during the term of the contract.
5.2.2
slave has no right to terminate the contract until the term of the contract is complete.
5.3 Breach
5.3.1
Master has the right to severely punish slave for any breach of contract.
5.3.2
If Master breaches any of His responsibilities or slave’s limits as defined in this contract then this contract is automatically terminated and slave is released from its slavery to Master.
5.4 Goods and Assets
5.4.1
Any goods slave buys for Master or any goods it brings into Master’s home for Master’s personal use or for His use on slave will remain Master’s property at the lapse, termination, breach or transfer of the contract.
6 TRANSFER OF THE CONTRACT
6.1 Right of Transfer
6.1.1
Master may at any time during the term of the contract transfer the ownership of slave to another, new, Master, under the same terms and conditions of this contract, for the remainder of the term of the contract. This can be agreed between masters in a slave exchange, a sale including a value in pounds or simply giving up the slave to a new master rather than freeing them which can be a controlling way of ending ownership without terminating the contract
6.1.2
Master commits to ensure any new Master is sane and responsible and irrespective of his sexual-orientation or intended use of slave understands the dynamics of a Master/slave relationship.
6.2 Consultation and Remuneration
6.2.1
slave has no right to be consulted in any aspect of the transfer of the contract of its slavery.
6.2.2
Any remuneration for the transfer of slave to its new Master under this contract, in whatever form, belongs entirely to Master.
6.3 Act of Transfer
6.3.1
Master and slave agree that any dated signature in section 8 of this contract by Master and a new Master changes the definition of Master from the date shown, for the remainder of the term of the contract, from the master named as Current Master to the master named as New Master. This supersedes any person named as Master in sections 1 and 7 of this contract. Any New Master, will then be known as Master with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities resulting from this contract including the right to transfer ownership of slave to another Master by completing section 8 (appending additional pages in the same format where needed).
7 SIGNATURES:
I hereby agree to be bound by the clauses and limits of this contract of voluntary slavery for the agreed term of the contract (one calendar year from the agreed start date) between the two parties identified as Master and slave below.
Furthermore I agree that this contract will be held by Master and in the event of conflict with any other versions held securely online or elsewhere then the version held by Master will be deemed to be the authoritative copy.

8 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP SIGNATURES:
