• going through a lot a lot mentally, mentally I am just not doing good
• has appointment in a few days, already making excuses to not go to her appointment

• complains about being thirsty, woke up incredibly thirsty
• started 100 days of weigh ins, started a group with friends and strangers
• does better when she is weighing herself everyday
• this time, she will be weighing in completely naked

• May 7: 564.2lbs
• has a limit of 1600cals, was ravenous at night
• ate a huge bowl of pesto pasta and three toaster strudels

• it is her depression that makes her binge, she succumbs to her demons when she binges
• this therapist "specializes in people like me"
• Goal: not aiming for 1600cals, taking all advice from dietitians and O2B by increasing the daily amount of allotted calories to an unknown number
• woke up incredibly swollen, probably is a "sodium thing"
• struggling with water brash, heartburn associated with water retention
• discouraged from drinking water, because "water is hurting me"
• May 8: 564.4lbs
• another increase, blames it on the water
• two men are over at her house and they are fixing the floors (probably from one of AL's many midnight bathroom jump rope escapades)
• stores her clothes in the bathroom
• Rarity is meowing because she is "skitter scattery around stranzers"

• Weight loss is caused by OMAD dieting
• in love with her coldest water bottle, it is a "heavensent"
• longest she has ever kept a water bottle in her life, she deserves a sticker
• cannot fit in the car because of the swelling of her body, is unable to close the car door
• "unswelled" herself by drinking more water
• has missed her therapy appointment because she could not fit in the car, has rescheduled it
