I made this as a shitpost but decided to skip forward in the video to see her progress (around the 25 min mark) and the kid is honestly an inspiration that puts into perspective how pathetic all the cows featured in this forum are. Her family treats her the same way they treat their other kids. She goes out into public and feels empathy for people who chimp because of her appearance, but doesn't take it personally. She's playful and employs levity in all things. She takes dance classes and goes to school, scenarios where other little kids are frightened of her initially and then she wins them over into friendship. I captioned it "bring it" facetiously, but now I mean it seriously, because everytime this kid has been underestimated she'd used it to her advantage.

I hope she can get a face transplant someday. Life will be hell for her as he gets older, and she did nothing to deserve being born like that.
She's had over 50 surgeries just to look like she does now.

A big problem is just the fact she was born with 40% of the bones in her face missing, they did do a great job for a guy whose jaw was accidentally shot off. The most extensive transplant in history was done last summer and has so far been successful:
