As for the case, it's really going much like Chris's previous cases. Continuance after continuance after continuance (well that has not happened yet but it will). He's just looking at serious time for the first time. I think he might be so delusional he doesn't know that. His tard armor has always ultimately worked in the past.

I mean, he's already served far more time than he ever has in the past, and he seems to be coping okay. He'll have at absolute optimistic minimum six months under his belt already before this ends. At this point what would it take to get him to react with real fear?

Experiencing what jail is really like outside of protective custody. That would put the fear in him. As it stands right now he's just stuck in a room alone getting things from commissary. So essentially he's just staying at a really bad hotel. If we were to take him out of that and even give him a cellmate or at least some interaction with prisoners his attitude would quickly change from it's okay to get me the hell out of here

He's at a country club jail. If he gets real prison time, they're most likely going to send him to a prison closer to Richmond, which will not be a country club. Even in PC, he's going to have niggos and other crazy people screaming at him nearly constantly. Remember, the guards he's had problems with were all black, and there's going to be a lot more of those in a prison. The jail he's at now is pretty damn small, so they can afford to have his Al Catard suite, escorts, keeping Chris away from other inmates.

Plus, Chris believes this is the punishment. He's wanting Biden to pardon him, which means he doesn't understand that he's not in jail for the crime, and he hasn't even had his first real hearing on it. He's not "in jail for incest", he's in jail because his bond was revoked "for his own safety and the safety of the community". Chris has a remarkable skillset in ignoring people, and he's probably been half listening to his lawyer since we never hear about anything going on with that in his letters. He's probably taking any talks like the many other times he's gotten in trouble and is just trying to ride it out, say what he thinks they want to hear and he'll skate right out.

Remember, right now? Chris is still innocent. He's not in the "slammer" nor does he have anything hanging over his head.

Good point. Other people Chris' age who were driving at one point, do end up taking public transport for various reasons. The difference is that those other people adapted, while I don't think Chris can. If he ever gets into another altercation like he did on the school bus decades ago, Chris might go into Hedgehog defense mode in the middle of the aisle.

A lot of places have a ride service for people with disabilities. For a nominal fee, they would pick Chris up from his place, drive him to an appt/shopping etc and then take him home. He could doordash his McDonalds or find a place within walking distance of one. I'm sure there is a crappy apt building in C-ville where all the welfare cases live.

I never thought when I reached out to Christine while watching GenoSamuel2.1's doc that I would be here. Truly I just said 'If you need help and have no one you can reach out to me. Somewhat regret that -Here I am right in the middle of the 'Prison Arc'. As a 'Christorian' I feel like this isn't real but also this angry swarm of toxic stalkers that buzz around Christine scare me. Christine wanted this uploaded to OnionFarms.com. I quote she says: 'OnionFarms.com are more kind and reasonable'. Why am I helping Christine? Because sometimes you feel compelled to help where you can. I don't think I can fix Christine nor do I want to support her. I am aware that she will abuse my offer to help and I know my limits. I don't excuse her behavior or potential crimes nor will I try to justify them. Christine will have her day in court and she will have to repay society and the victim in whatever way she can if she is found guilty. If anyone wants art from Christine now is the time to ask. She has nothing else going on and has the least amount of excuses to create. Although she will probably still drag.

Honestly, having stayed in a bad hotel myself, where he is right now is probably a step up from one. I've never been in jail before but I've seen the conditions of some and it's probably cleaner than a bad hotel or 14 BC. The only thing Chris is lacking is freedom of choice, which he has never proven to do properly with when he did have it anyway. He seems to be making do with what little he has.

Ironically I think Chris would be the one that would start shit with a cellmate. He already thinks to some degree that the other inmates are beneath him, and that lack of respect would cause him to make a misstep somewhere.

Plus, Chris believes this is the punishment.

I find this to be the funniest part of the whole situation. Chris believes this is as bad as it could get. That soon Heilburg is going to get the judge to declare him not guilty or time served and he's going to be back at 14BC...sorry the "Sonichu Temple" and preparing for the next COMICON. It's funny. a few years ago, Chris recorded a livestream of him in his 'workroom.' He had said that at that point, he got used to cluttered spaces, meaning that he loves being in a hoarded environment (Barb taught him well). Taking that into a jailed environment, if he shares his cell with someone, there's likely to be a beatdown or a shanking.

Yea his Play / Work room is a dump, it's one thing to have a "Working Mess" i.e. you've got a few things going on at a time that your picking up and putting down all the time and just having a mess and you can tell the difference between the two.

Chris isn't just following the filing system of plop it down any old place and you know where it is until someone tidys it up and you can't find anything, he gets bored of playing with a toy puts it down and forgets about it because another one has caught his attention and this keeps going on and on and on.

Once he was able to expand outside his Bedroom he lost the excuse to organise things or at least put them away in some order especially after the fire because he thinks that he has more space now, What he seems to be doing is adding storage box's full of crap at an alarming rate, seriously you can always see a few more in every video he's filmed in the play room and they are all just badly stacked to the point I'm shocked he's not been buried under a pile of them before now and from what you can see in them they are all full of mixed shite so he's not even trying to sort them any more.

The realization that he can't go back home anymore, and that he will need to deal with abject poverty and homelessness for the rest of his life.

If he were in jail on suspicion of a federal crime, Biden could actually pardon him. Federal pardons don't require conviction -- you can even just issue a blanket pardon absolving someone of all crimes (this is what Ford did for Nixon).

Of course he's not in for a federal crime, only the governor of Virginia can pardon him, and the Virginia constitution requires that he be convicted first in order to be pardoned.

There's still a tiny chance of all charges being dropped for lack of evidence. It's still possible that Chris made up Barb's healing in his head, and he's in jail because the Greene County just can't imagine how someone could freely construct such an elaborately stupid way to get yourself in trouble. It could be something did happen massage-wise but the actually illegal acts were just Chris boasting.

By "possible" I mean very very unlikely, but not vanishingly so. If I were a bookie I'd be taking 100:1 odds.

Him getting some sort of conviction, and getting out on time served, however, is very *very* possible. 6-12 months in jail is my most likely scenario. Heilberg could very well have suggested to Chris that he's probably getting out soon.
