Blaming the refugees does seem to be heaping more injustice onto a population that is already facing incredible hardship: this line of thinking isn't completely far-fetched though. What better cover for a terrorist (or group of terrorists) to sneak into France by pretending to be refugees? The tragedy here is that the innocent are going to end up getting punished as a result (but, given the security situation, there don't appear to be any alternatives).
