I never understood his personification of Autism. He speaks how high-functioning he is all the time, but his personification looks confused, befuddled, and barely human.

I wonder if Chris ever interprets his autism as some kind of personified being outside of create-a-character games. Some people conceptualize depression as "the black dog" or "the shade" or similar, to distance their healthy selves from their disorder, but it's a weird, frankly stupid metaphor to apply to something as pervasive as autism.
The bit at the end with the green Autism doing its victory kicks followed by the word AUTISM slamming onto the screen would make a great reaction gif.
