I can. Phil would rather complain about not having a roof over his head than have a dry place to sleep at night because that would take away precious discrimination points.

And possibly his room-mate kicked his ass out, or, he knows that the whole apartment thing would be a fiasco and knows, much like a rat on a sinking ship, to flee before an angry landlord decides to hold his ass responsible for rent.

I'm now reasonably certain he's making a spectacle for his tard review.

He is, the time frame matches up with the review having been originally scheduled for around now, he's clammed to have had it changed to the Oregon one but I'm not so sure as that would mean a significant dip in his finances in the order of £150 - $200 a month.

If memory serves it's a 36 - 48 hour journey on Greyhound from Portland to SF, That should drop him there no later than Monday the 7th and the review was supposedly on the 10th? (I could be mistaken but I am sure it's next week according to his version of the autism papers).
