I think from this video he's trying to start his own successful challenge in the vein of the Ice Bucket or Mannequin challenges but all the challenge seems to consist of is pretending to talk like this Transformers figure while holding it over your face.

I'm not sure how even autism allows Chris to think anybody, apart from him would be interested in this challenge but it's a funny thought to imagine Chris making this video and imagining it to be the next big viral challenge, when what he's even trying to accomplish in this video is incredibly unclear.
