He would of likely dropped hints that this is a ruse, and as others have just mentioned, he's not really smart or patient enough to pull off something like that. It is, but that requires you know what your rights are. I've been listening to 'Last Podcast on the Left' recently and just finished up the three part saga of Carl Panzram.

There was a shitload of sodomy going on when it came to his early days as a train jumping hobo in I think the 1900s in terms of the 'involuntary participation' kind, and something tells me things generally haven't improved.

At this point, the only ruse he could possibly have ever pulled is the one about his sex change op, and simply because all the information is conflicting regarding he shouldn't have had it according to what @Smutley said the very doctor's office said, yet the horrifying pictures initially posted suggested otherwise.

However, it's still highly unlikely he got it because A) he's a massive pussy, B) his hygine level does not exist and thus it should be killing him, and C) for something he should be proud of, he isn't posting any recent pics of it either (thank god).

I'm skeptical but if @AnOminous thinks something is fishy then I suppose I do too
