I know the CPUs have rather revealing outfits when transformed, but you can just tell Chris had one thing in mind when he drew this.
well, I'll give chris credit, he actually sort-of drew hips, he's never done that before. He always drew legs as if they were stitched on to the bottom of the character's torso like a raggedy-ann doll. But there's actually some curvature going on there, so, yeah finally some improvement after like two decades.
