In this video Tom ironically denigrates people who talk "louder" about transgender issues and suggests that people who do that are likely to be doing something with kids or something. Tom likes to talk faster and get angry and louder as he reads things related to transgender issues as if screaming made him more of a legitimate voice in any conversation.... which he does in this video. So I guess he's a dirtbag that likes to diddle kids, and dogs and stuff like that by his own admission.
