The interior is still completely empty except for the framing. It's got a long way to go before it becomes livable.Dare I say, it looks good as new. You already spilled the beans in the chat, but I'm happy that the living situation became much less stressful for the Chandlers.
The entire house is being rebuilt. Just to start, the windows are all new, and the entire roof is new.Soooo nothing has changed? It looks like some siding work in the first one.
Not if Chris can get his hands on another Keurig. . .It's sad though that even though the Chandlers are basically getting a new house, that barb is just going to destroy it again with her hording.
Not to A-Log, but in all due seriousness, almost any change would have been an improvement. The Chandler house is the eyesore of its neighborhood, and has been for some time. I really don't think that most of the local residents like the Chandlers, just for what they do to the local property values.Did they just focus on not making the exterior look like an eyesore?

Honestly, if Barb dies before she destroys the rebuilt house, Chris will probably be better off. At least Chris will have a decent place to live, and he'll have the house as an asset that he can use. His monthly tugboat of $1300 would be enough to keep him in the house a while on his own, even if he defaults on some of his debts and/or has his new car repossessed. If Fattys lucky Barb won't live long enough to totally destroy the new house.

Ok I see it now, thanks. The entire house is being rebuilt. Just to start, the windows are all new, and the entire roof is new.
It was, it increased, when Bob passed away.I thought Chris's tugboat was $800? .
He'll screw up somewhere.Honestly, if Barb dies before she destroys the rebuilt house, Chris will probably be better off. Once it's built, Chris'll have to give us a much needed new tour!
