I recently called Rainbow Renovations about The Horde, Barb, Chris, and 14 BLC. I wasn't able to record my calls, but here are my recollections.
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I spoke to Sandra, the receptionist at Rainbow. She told me that both Barb and Chris were there on Tuesday to talk to the manager regarding their storage issue. Sandra was very professional but I could tell she was taken aback by her encounter with them.
It seems that Charb rented 1500 sq ft worth of storage from them, basically keeping everything from 14 BLC. I asked Sandra if she could tell what was in their storage; she told me that she couldn't because, "[the manager] won't let anyone in that storage unit". She described it as, “a rough situation”.
Barb went down there because Rainbow sent her a letter that the insurance company will no longer pay Rainbow for her storage, and they wanted to know what she was going to do.
Her answer was to rent two 400 sq ft storage units off site from Rainbow and instruct them to move from the 1500 sq ft unit into her new 800 sq ft of storage.
Sandra had no idea how this was going to be accomplished. She also stated that insurance will only pay Rainbow to move the horde once. So wherever it ends up, it's staying there.
