That's the shittiest electrolysis progress pic I've ever seen. Fucks sake, can't even determine if anything is different.
He's supposed to be going to appointments multiple times a week, according to the schedule posted. So far, he claims to have been to 4 appointments not including any prior appointments he's hinted at that are all related to removing hair around there.
Real electrolysis progress is much, much more visible than that, especially after so many appointments. Most people only need a handful of appointments, like 3 or 4, to completely remove hair from a specific area... usually pretty large areas too.
Color me shocked that Phil is lying and trying to pass moving some hair around and yanking a few clusters out as going to treatments.

As far as I'm aware, and I can't back it up until I'm home from work, but he's been 'going to electrolysis' since last fall, for generally 2-3 hours per session in the beginning, solely for the hair on his cock and balls.
Overlooking the poorly home-made schedules, and the fact that the clinic doesn't even offer sessions of that length, five+ months for wedding tackle is beyond any realm of feasibility.
It looks badly shaved to me. Lot of stubble there.
