Intermittent Denial of Service attack is causing downtime. Looks like a kiddie 5 min rental. Looking into some solutions.
No one will sell to him.
That won't stop him from claiming that someone did, unless he somehow gets raped at the gun show instead.

I'm not too shocked Phil thinks the gun show loop hole is a real thing, the idea started from, face to face buys... at a show about guns people bring guns to buy and sell, it's not a shock like any other arts crafts or product show. Now in states that allow private sales (unlike CA) you'd have more people selling guns than if you walked to say a Burger King.
In CA and the gun show there he will have to still use a dealer that CAN NOT FEDERALLY SELL TO HIM so he's going to be the creepiest person at a gun show (and that says something trust me my friends) waddle his potato self around possibly be mocked a lot by armed men and maybe get a good ole hitler fan boy kicking his teeth in.

Gun shows are people watching of wal mart tier. With guns, lots of them. But like wal mart even Phil will stand out looking like a freak. And is barred from arms ownership.

I don't know about that. I've learned a bit more about alt-right/gun culture and there's a strong vein of "fuck authority" and "You can't tell me what to do" within it. Even if the dealers think he looks incredibly unstable, I'm sure he could find one that would be more than willing to sell him a firearm. And at a gun show, it would be kinda legal to do that. In an ironic way, if Phil buys a gun, he will be a living embodiment of an argument for gun control.
That being said, money will be an issue. He already stated he eats out of the trash, so he doesn't have money for food. He's spent what little money he has on a tattoo session and greyhound tickets all over the west coast. I'm kinda anxious to see what kind of half-assed gun he's actually able to afford. I've got money on a rusted over musket.
CA does not allow face to face private sales. It is that simple. Phil can not and will not be able to pass the check federally. If you think a man will RUIN his career and life to sell potato the cheapest fire arm they have (and at gun shows often marked up to black market prices) you are in crazy town.

I'm sorry I don't mean to power level but I've been to a lot of gun shows A LOT and what you are saying is from someone who reads the horror stories on the internet not someone who goes. No one would sell Phil a gun ever. PERIOD.
As much as I love me a good gun sperg, why we are talking about it still is beyond me. Phil may find some dealer who lets him hold a rifle for two seconds and take a selfie. I wouldn't rule that out happening. But he's not getting a gun. In fact I may buy one to spite him.
Yup. Cal. Penal Code § 27545. Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 4032 states that even in a face to face gun sale it must be done through a licensed dealer and includes waiting period and background check. Thanks lightly googling things.

That's a bit of a mixed issue, He has no problem digging behind the bins of whole foods etc at the end of the month but he'll only do that after he's spent his tugboat most of the time he eat's lots of fast food meals.

Not everyone reads all the threads or keeps up with taters so I'm sorry if I sound cross restating the same things, but it should be common sense even if no gun laws were around no one would sell to Phil because he's too poor to afford the product and he's a gross crazy person who most people wouldn't want to have tweezers.

You get all sorts, and it mostly depends on the location. Now the WORST gun shows as a buyer are in suburbs why? That soccer dad who kinda wants a gun because he wants a gun will stroll in with his rolex and no ideas. He's the guy who you see buying a crummy AR15 for over 1000 bucks (they are worth 400ish). Now rural gun shows you get the gun show people of wal mart but deals are fair and for collectors like myself a lot better. You won't see higher end products ie Sig but you'll find a vintage X for a great price.
Now being dealers and deal hunters go to both you do get some cross traffic of weirdos. True story I bought my type 99 off a friend at the show he was trying to sell all day I said fuck it. I want this gun in my state we can do face to face so I said gimmie. I handed him a wad of cash he handed me rifle, we chose to write up a bill of sale, for theft reasons (ie if it's stolen from me and shoots someone he's not liable) this is common from even friends selling guns.
Now I'm strolling around the gun show new toy on my back. I stop at the most redneck ammo counter because 7.7 jap is rarer than hens teeth and worth asking. Anyone who goes to a gun show with a gun is asked if it's for sale it's a rule (also at gun shows police will render the weapon unusable by putting a rubber plug in it or zip tie open safety first people) I'm digging and buying odd rounds because that's what bassomatic does. A man even more red neck asks me if this gun is for sale. I am with my friend who just sold it so clearly gotta troll hard and say yes. He asks what it is, I say it's an type 99. "A JAP GUN I DON'T WANT THAT SHIT" My friend and I have to hold back laughter. so yes you do get "those" people but it's happened once, out of go knows how many show's I've attended.
