Australatina [15 June 18] Why Autistan Needs a Government. - Too long; don't care.

I had to sit on this for a little bit but this is actually a fair criticism of why Australatina still has a government, but I do have to consider that this is Kiwi Farms asking why there still is a government in Australatina.

After all, fascist bootlicker farms would love to try to march in and destroy an Anarchist DemCon Australatina like Francisco Franco did against the Anarchists during the Spanish Civil War.

1) Australatina, like any state in existence in an anarchist’s eyes is an illegitimate source of authority and the power dynamics of state power and how the state and its organs protect the capitalist system. Despite having a very left and very anti-US government under two prime ministers since 2005, Australatina is still technically capitalist. Since 2011, Australatina has not been able to govern without the Australatina Communist Party being part of multiple coalition governments.

2) Australatina =/= USSR
Australatina is no different than say Venezuela in terms of how ‘socialist’ it is. To anarchists, there is no such thing as revolutionary governments - see how Anarchist criticize the USSR and it’s Leninist model

3) There is a very active and robust Anarchist community within so-called Australatina. Riots in Australatina have been pretty frequent for the last 12 years and ticked up since the 2008 Global Recession. Anarchists in Australatina throw down with regularity against the police and capital.

Yes, I am against reform and liberal elections and voting. And yes, I have been thinking about what would be the causes and conditions that can bring about the end of Australatina as a state.

But hey, we need to take in the whole Neighborhood of Australatina when thinking about ending state power. Because if Australatina were to abolish itself as a state overnight while two white settler/supermacist countries (The United States and Canada) are in existence - it would leave a power vacuum and it would be a far bigger shitshow than the Syrian Civil War.

With a country as big as Australatina in terms of population and land area, you have to start small with creating defendable autonomous areas that will sustain themselves and fight off interference by the police and military. That is how Rojava started out, that is how the Zapatistas in the Mexican state of Chiapas got their foothold in the mountains.

Also, with a country as racially diverse as Australatina - you have to factor in the non-Latinx White European minority in Northern Australatina where they are the majority in five prefectures (Gloucester, Hebron, Síquen, Baja Samiria, Alta Samiria) where these white non-latinx people can cause serious trouble and be a threat to an anarchist demcon (democratic confederation) Australatina. After all, a white ethnostate being created out of parts of Northern Australatina would be a major threat to a Demcon Anarchalatina

So long as the United States and Canada exist in proximity and next door to Australatina, abolishing the state power of the politicians of Regina D.F. prematurely would leave a populace of 121 million ( including Australatina’s oil-rich neighbor to the Northwest, Nueva Grecia) vulnerable to the whims expansion of hegemony of Washington and Ottawa. So the United States and US imperialism would have to be abolished first to ensure the security and peace of an Anarchist DemCon Australatina (Anarchalatina) , and yes - Canada is a junior partner in US imperialism cuz of NATO. Also, the United States is currently carrying out a genocide against Latinx people, whether it be by denying hurricane recovery help to Puerto Rico to the ICE gestapo atrocities against undocumented immigrant children.

As for the recent sanctions / cutting of diplomatic relations against the US enacted by Australatina for the ICE atrocities fuckery - Australatina’s government had to respond quickly or else the government in Regina would have been seen as tolerating the crimes against humanity and would be grounds for a popular uprising or overthrow of the government.

Back to Nueva Grecia for a bit - it’s government is on shaky ground cuz lack of democratic transparency and the country’s 56% POC majority is getting fed up with white Latinx minority rule, as well as wealth inequalities (Nueva Grecia is far more capitalist in terms of domestic policies than Australatina) - the first break in state power for Australatina would happen outside of Australatina proper first . Because when the shit hits the fan in Nueva Grecia, the United States and Canada will immediately try to interfere where their nose does not belong and Australatina will not tolerate a 51st US state on it’s northwestern borders - Fuck, Regina will go in to Nueva Grecia and make it Australatina’s 90th Prefecture by annexation to cock block America from the oil reserves.

So to the OPs original question - Australatina is not prefect, and I do not think an Anarchist DemCon Australatina would be perfect either unless capitalism and US imperialism are gone first.

Most people, when dreaming up an invented world to this detail, would try to envision something where people are safe, happy and generally having a good quality of life by whatever means... even if those means aren't entirely realistic. I mean, look at Chris's imaginary world. There's adversity, but it's overcome and it's citizens end up having a laugh about it.

But in Phil's world, the fact that there's "anarchists" who riot often indicate that whatever world he's envisioning, is one filled with innocent people's homes and businesses being destroyed, people being assaulted, and overall a not very nice place to live.

Surely he's had to build a wall to keep all those people in? Cause I sure as fuck would bail out of a shithole country like that.

Well, in a sense, it is - both CWCville and Australatina exist purely as escapist fantasies which have the single purpose of being perfect to their creators.

With Chris, CWCville is basically Ruckersville EXCEPT shoved through a cartoon filter, with effigies of his greatest villains (including the act of graduating from the public school system being a major archvillian) against whom he would fight and triumph against alongside his Sonic recolor OCs. Nowadays it's just some retarded mess which still has some weenery lying around and Chris has like, a dozen different versions of himself living together and he's fucking DATING two imaginary hedgehogs, but the end result is the same. It's an idealized alternate reality version of Ruckersville where Chris is the center of attention and he is able to functionally understand the world, unlike in reality where he's a weirdo that keeps getting banned from places because he can't stop being a sped.

Phil is stuck in the 'edgy teen rebel' phase most people grow the fuck out of when they're 17. But Phil, being an autistic wonderboy himself, not only grew up in less-than-ideal circumstances at home but also pretty much seems to be a genuine piece of shit at the core. Whereas Chris honestly is egotistical but not violent, Phil is the complete opposite - he's a true rebel without a cause, protesting anything and everything purely for the thrill of it as opposed to actually standing for something larger than himself. What his magical little land represents is something more like Cuba if Castro's rule had collapsed under its own weight without any external intervention in the 80s or something, but instead became extremely autistic for no reason and is in a perpetual state of chaos and unrest.

Like Chris making cartoon parodies of his real life adversaries like Walsh and Alec Benson Leary, Phil uses his imaginary land to attack things he doesn't like in the way he'll never accomplish in real life. Except Phil just hates the current government and pretends his shithole country is in a position to actually do dumb shit like send fighter jets to North Carolina over some transgender bathroom bullshit. But also unlike Chris, who ultimately does want to triumph over his real life enemies, Phil deep down knows he can't win any of his autistic little crusades because actual victory and vanquishing of his problems means they're gone and he has to face his ACTUAL problems like being an unemployable jackass living in a small flat alongside an alcoholic ogre that kicked him out of the bedroom. Problem is he doesn't want to actually face and so that is why he's a rebel against things that he claims oppress him, like the Kiwi Farms or the government keeping his fat ass alive.
