It was pointed out in the Random Thoughts and Questions thread today, that it's been 50 years since the start of the Cultural Revolution in China that destroyed lot's of important historical and cultural artifacts in China and the communist party isn't exactly proud of that particular part of it's history and is ignoring it as are many of the other communist groups.
