You'd have to get permission from the court to record it. Even if they don't allow it, the courts themselves will record the audio for the hearing which are made available to purchase.
Is his lawyer going to be there? Because if so you'll have wasted a trip; Phil's far too much of a pussy to say one word to a judge or any other authority figure for that matter.

I know this is the million dollar question but what the FUCK has he spent over $100k on credit cards on?
As far as I can see (bar a condo tour that reveals marble sculptures of him and Kat and a massive oil painting of Jasper) there's nothing of any real value in his house - not to the tune of a hundred grand - I know there's a speculated $40k spent on a vast collection of pixelated sweaty men, but I can't see where else that money has gone.
Am I remembering correctly that some of this is tax payments on some of those cards. I vaguely remember him saying despite those fundraisers he did that he stuck it all on credit cards anyway.
He's an absolute enigma in that in all of our minds he's simultaneously absolutely loaded, and also an absolute beggar in a fuck-ton of debt - a Schrödinger's pig so to speak.

It's ~$40k just on one game. He's played a lot more than that, and is a verified paypig on them, also. I'd guess he's spent at minimum another $10k more on Supercard, and the sky is the limit with how many other games.
He's had to have paid at least $100k in interest alone since we assume Phil is paying the minimum on these cards, as well.

dsp says he'll be sued if he doesn't pay his condo fees, so I looked into it
seems like he still has to pay condo fees while the property is still in his possession, fees due after bankruptcy will not be discharged
edit: not sure how long it takes for the property to change hands (be surrendered) during the memeruptcy, hope he's on the hook for atleast another month or two

This applies to post-bankruptcy debts in general so if this pig is still whaling it up on the wrestling game, that doesn't get discharged.

Pretty sure we have established this is a cosmic level impossibility for Phil.
Every single thing you see in his kitchen he bought after moving out there. His autism sauce pot alone is at least $100 but probably closer to $250, he has a high quality food mill that's probably $50 to $150, he has a fucking covered glass cake display stand that's at least $50 to $100, he has a $100 set of 4 pasta plates, he has a $50 set of woven grass placemats, full set of kitchen knives, he literally has a $200 to $300 kitchen garbage can, he fully furnished his big boy kitchen with every pot, pan, plate, and appliance you would ever want all at Bed, Bath & Beyond and IKEA prices.
Now repeat this process with his entire condo. He has a gigantic wood dining room table with 6 matching chairs. I think his living room sectional couch + crusty love seat cost him something like $3,800, 65" Samsung 3D TV "not stupid 4K" plus wall installation on "the best mount" plus surround sound, entertainment center, wall mouted bedroom TV, wooden shower chair, a bathroom scale, autism squishy mats for baby Phil's bare feet, new shower head, dresser set, a living room light show gadget, like 30 pairs of shoes for Leanna, a meme gravity vacuum-seal travel mug for $20, $400 paintings, picture frames etc, etc, etc.
ETA2: Oh yeah, $400 Keurig that Leanna took when she left
He is still carrying debt for all of this shit.
He has 500+ Blu-rays and full TV series on DVD, the bulk of which he bought after moving out there, at like minimum $20 for Blu-rays each that's $10,000.

If there's actually a lawyer there doing all the talking, it'll be equally as interesting to listen to her pigsplain the document as a proxy.
A part of me hopes that him lying on that form will breach his contract with Rochelle and she will deny him any additional assistance or representation without forking over some more cash she knows he doesn't have. Then, being broke af, he won't be able to afford another one in time and will have to represent himself.
He is definitely dumb and egotistical enough to believe he can get away with it.
He is definitely going to have to speak and answer questions about his finances at the meeting. His lawyer is going to be there with him.
He has no choice if he doesn't want his bankruptcy dismissed. If anyone shows up and has any questions, he has to answer, or just automatically lose. The lawyer has no clue about any of this and can't answer for him. Probably nobody else shows up, but it's still obligatory for him to be there.
If none of the creditors show up, the trustee probably still will and will at least have some pro forma questions for him. She may already have just looked at the bullshit he filed and have more pointed questions than that, though, because what he filed makes no sense.
