Foolish Phil, it's actually not that rare for someone to shrug off pepper spray, especially shitty expired commercial spray like the one you use. The fact that the only time you ever won a fight was against your own elderly, crippled mother who you ambushed proves you'd get wrekt by pretty much anyone here.
So is he creating all these fake attacks in increasingly rapid time frames in order to explain his approaching flee from town? I can see him using these "attacks" as the reason for him to leave town and go back to Berkley. It would be (in his mind) a good explanation to why he isn't living in the low income housing he keeps lying about.

I think Phil has more than likely made these lies up for all of the reasons mentioned in this thread. The constant attacks gives him a good excuse to leave Portland, his last status about being attacked, despite its ridiculousness, got him a lot of attention and perhaps most importantly he's trying to prove that he will use force if he feels significantly threatened to try and intimidate anyone from trying to take photos of him in public.
Very little rattles Phil like being photographed by 'Kiwi agents.' It wouldn't even surprise me if he got a friend to lie that it happened after convincing them that it's imperative for his safety that he makes Kiwis less willing to approach him. The funny thing is that it won't make the slightest of difference because everyone knows he's full of shit.

Question: Chris-chan got arrested for release of harmful gasses (and also using mace, *rimshot*) which is apparently illegal in Virginia. What is the legality of Phil supposedly using mace in Oregon?
