Solid Phil, who got all the dominant genes of the legendary CWC Boss. Which basically made him equally retarded if not more so.
Liquid Phil, who got all the recessive genes of CWC Boss. He managed to overcome his dog-gone autism and lives a normal life as the head of the Department of Transportation in California.
Solidus Phil, a perfect clone of CWC Boss. Shits himself, plays vidya, and does nothing.

I'm fairly confident it's the liquid Phil account that's gone. And I'm fairly confident that it's been taken down, too, after having been reported as a fake profile by Phil and his ever-decreasing list of asspatters. And, yes, I'm pretty sure that was a liquid Phil account while the other one is actually him. It was a really good impression, but in hind sight, if I'm forced to choose one of the two to be real, I'm going to go with his original profile. The second one was close, but had a few differences that gave it away.
Can you elaborate, or would you be giving away information that we want to keep private?
Is he talking about Eclaire? Y'know, the one that tried to trollshield on Phil thinking we'd give his creeper ass a pass and take down his thread?.

Sure. First, the most obvious example of him being fake was when he was able to talk nice to Kengel. Phil could never do that. The only people he allows to comment on anything he says or does are asspatters and Kengle didn't pat his ass one bit. Second was Amatersu. Phil hadn't talked about him in a long time and has probably given up on the "headmate" garbage. Even then, I wasn't 100% certain it was fake, but immediately after I posted about the spud having an ear infection, that profile popped back online and started posting about the ear infection. The timing is suspicious, at best. IMO, the "Isabel" account was not only a liquid Phil, it was one that was created by a Kiwi.
