That's a good dad joke. They could hire someone to dress up like a piece of parsley and follow JY around everywhere he goes. "WHY ARE YOU FOLLOWING ME?!‽‽" he screams. "Oh, I'm just here to garnish you."

Each page of the doc was an image in a slideshow. I've attached all the images to this post, albeit in a mix of formats - for some reason, the KF software objects to some of the pages in certain formats, so it's a bit of a mishmash.Yaniv's countersued Bexte and Menzies for, of course, $35k, and it's hilarious. The third and fourth pages ofHis whole fucking rant to the courtareis well worth the squinting.
(Archive - actual filing not viewable in the archived version, though)

If you keep reading, he implies that he is forced to file under his male name, since that's who the accusation addressed. It looks like he came with a printed out form and maybe the clerk had him cross out his female name and add his real one, but idk.Where to begin?

Could naming Yaniv as "Jonathan Yaniv", then adding "also known as Jessica Yaniv", be construed as hateful? There is certainly evidence that nasty, hate-filled individuals do this:

Complex legal stuff like not contradicting yourself within 2 pages of your own argument obviously comes later in the bar exam lessons. Keep chasing that rainbow, Jessie!
This just leaves me hopefully looking forward to future lawsuits being "forcibly" filed under the name "Fat Pedophile Cunt". What a time to be alive! If you keep reading, he implies that he is forced to file under his male name, since that's who the accusation addressed.
Yaniv is mentally retarded and, as you have so rightfully pointed out, at odds with himself (a big no-no in legal pleadings). But he is in Langley, Canada, and owns the RCMP, who are his sole-bitches. Sometimes life truly IS like a box of chocolates......Where to begin?

Yaniv has just got a criminal record, after arrest and investigation by the RCMP. There's plenty to talk about in relation to charges that haven't been laid by the RCMP, or how they conduct themselves in regard to Yaniv generally, but saying Yaniv "owns the RCMP" after they have just got Yaniv convicted on weapons charges is bollocks, sorry.Yaniv is mentally exceptional and, as you have so rightfully pointed out, at odds with himself (a big no-no in legal pleadings). "They" had him convicted? Is that how it works in Canukistan then?Yaniv has just got a criminal record, after arrest and investigation by the RCMP. Dunno about Canada, but here in one of the other realms, the prosecutor is often a badge-carrying police officer (with legal training, obviously)."They" had him convicted? Is that how it works in Canukistan then?
They raided Yaniv's flat, seized the weapons and presented the evidence to the public prosecutors, who took Yaniv to court and got a guilty plea."They" had him convicted? Is that how it works in Canukistan then?
And how is Amy Hamm feeling about your brilliant anal---ysis, I wonder? Piss off, SS fanboi. They raided Yaniv's flat, seized the weapons and presented the evidence to the public prosecutors, who took Yaniv to court and got a guilty plea.
Claiming Yaniv "owns the RCMP" is baseless nonsense when they did the groundwork in getting the conviction. I have issues with how the RCMP deal with Yaniv, but your take does nothing other than highlight your shit analysis of the situation.
I had the same thought myself. Total pandering - although less ammo for yaniv.I wish Rebel hadn’t used female pronouns for him in this. That whole passage could have been reworded to use no pronouns.

"Rebel Media has filed a notice in BC Supreme Court to throw out Yaniv’s lolsuit against this. A court date has been set for early 2022 for this to be heard."

He writes like a rich Chinese international students that only got into an American school because their daddy paid a white person to write a college admissions essay.
