I'm over 300 pounds and my arm still looks like an arm. It says a lot that the dude's elbow looks like a knee. There's basically no fat on the elbow and very little surrounding it, so that's typically an area where even most large people have some definition. This man has no muscle tone whatsoever.

You know I've changed my mind. I'm actually glad Phil is spending all his AutismBux on Tattoos and "self care" instead of things like a bike/car or housing. Because let's be honest, would you want to subject even the worst slumlord to Phil? Or to the most trailertrash/crackwhore of apartment residents? I wouldn't.
