Intermittent Denial of Service attack is causing downtime. Looks like a kiddie 5 min rental. Looking into some solutions.

Apparently this isn't this douchebag's first foray into DMCA notifications.
The last one didn't end up too well for him.
(That Mircea guy is a Romanian into Bitcoin and doesn't really give a shit and doxed their customers.)
Also, the guy is a legitimate DMCA agent and actually registered with the Copyright Office for Fetlife.

Since you're reading this, I'll remind you that I have no money and nothing to lose. If you want to take this to court the best you can hope for is having Julie Terryberry's content taken down, but in the process of going to court over it, ensuring that other entities outside of the US Legal Jurisdiction will republish the works endlessly. I'd suggest you google something called the Streisand Effect. The absolute best outcome you can hope for with this is earning your client and the woman named Julie Terryberry a reputation for being litigous and cowardly.
I've submitted forward my legal counter notification under penalty of perjury because I absolutely am within my right to keep the subject up for criticism as I outlined in the letter.

In light of recent events, I'd like to inform everyone that James Huesmann was instructed to stop emailing us and to send litigation documents to the supplied address. He was also told that in the US, filing DMCA paperwork while knowing that the use is fair is considered perjury. He consequently never followed up.
