Seriously? Why is Google going along with this? There's something seriously wrong with Europe.
Tbh, it's not the first time Marjie's done things like this. He has said that the photos on the wiki aren't him, yet he filed DMCA's on them previously.
They're doing it begrudgingly because the EU is becoming increasingly cyber-autistic. Remember to vote UKIP fam.

That's what made me laugh. By submitting this EU Privacy complaint he's basically validated it all.
I know I'm new here and at SoSe we mostly concentrate on humiliating Something Awful goons rather than the wider population of the internet, so I may need to go and familiarize myself with this guy's MO, would it be possible and/or desirable to google bomb his name with phrases sufficiently similar to the things he's trying to block, in order to get around it?
Go for it. The guy's a total trip. He once stayed up for 72 hours posting (funnily enough this is how he Google bombed himself)

Does this mean that our info on his name and face are actually accurate then? I see no other reason he could have for trying to take his Lolcow Wiki page off of google's results.
Part of the speculation was that he was using his brothers name or info, but it was never really looked into.
So then CAAMIB/Coconut/Holden wasn't Marjan, and Marjan is the brother?

Speculation was that the OG Marjan Siklic was one of Holden's enemies and he adopted that name as a false dox to goad us into fucking the guy's reputation up. If true it's entirely possible that the real Marjan Siklic went to google about this, not our methed-up trucker god.
If so, though, a smarter move would be to dox the real asshole and the already high Google-ranked sources would bend over backwards to aim the hate at whoever has been using his name.
But Holden is still thatincelblogger and all his other aliases used to bother every website that criticized him right?

Yes, definitely. There's just a level of uncertainty about his legal name. I'm got a croatian protective order filed away somewhere that seems to suggest Marjan Siklic is the victim of an assaults by the real thatincelblogger, but as I recieved them directly from the purported filer of the PO they could easily be falsified, or sent by Holden himself.
afaik Marjan Siklic is still our best guess as to Holden's legal name, tho. It's just not 100% confirmed.
